The scientist club of goodies have released a report today on sugars for everyone to view!
The scientists have found proof that you have to eat healthier foods to get, and stay big and strong. Check out these fun facts and tips:
1. Sugar facts:
- Everyone should only have about the same amount of sugar in their systems as in a single chocolate bar. Consuming to much sugar can make you really sick. Therefore, whenever you have a sweet tooth try eating something like an apple, or a banana, their just as delicious as a chocolate bar.
- Stay away from drinking things like pop or juice and try to make sure your body gets lots of water so you can stay hydrated.
