Family is defined as a group of people related to each other or lives together under the same roof and a place to foster and develop both physical and mental. Family structure can be varied by each family. The family is the fundamental unit and micro-structure of society. The level of development of the family reflects the state of social existence both physical and cultural and based on trust and shared experiences that define how individual members interact and relate to each other and the world outside the family. However, family structures today 's society has changed in the family traditional or non-traditional.
It is common knowledge that the culture seems to have different kinds of family system. In the United States, nuclear families, fathers, mothers and children, seems to prevail. In almost all of the rest of the world, extended family, grandparents, parents, children, but also aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives are considered "family". Family type in America and has been changed with the rise of the nuclear family and the extended family reduced, and with the rise of the family has not married, divorced families, single mothers, and gay/lesbian families.
When I grew up, my family had two identities. A public identity has been shaped by the expectations of society and rule. From a public perspective we were a middle-class family tradition complete with a married couple and children. We lived in a modest house, attended schools, and were financially
