You asked why I charged you so much money to do the modification to your house when I charged Elizabeth and Daisy $500.00. You called me theft and that I fucked over you once again. I had to really stop to think. Why? Well I started searched my filed and found the modification documents and everything came back to me. The house had a foreclosure sale date. The attorneys were going to sell the house 15 to 30 days. You asked to help you but, I told you I would everything I could to stop the foreclose. The only thing a worked on for two week stop the foreclosure and then I worked on the modification. The modification took 3 months to get it approved. Once I stopped the foreclose and completed the modification the mortgage payment
I spoke to James Keeter stated that a Barbara Gardner and Katie Kapple took $300.00 dollars from him for carpet. James stated that Katie and Barbara showed up on 02/04/2016 and offered to replace the carpet in James's home. James stated that Barbara had written a contract on a piece of paper. The paper stated that James would pay a deposit of $300.00 to Barbara to pay for the carpet. Jamed stated he was told by Barbara that the total cost for the carpet and installment would be $600.00 dollars. James stated Barbara and Katie were supposed to be back 02/05/2016 by 09:00am to install the carpet. James stated Barbara and Katie never showed
Nikki asked me what the square footage of the home was. I had to pull out the Whatcom County Real Property page that was in the homeowners file. The square footage was 1100. Nikki said well the home can't be worth $300,000.00 if the square footage is just 1100.00. I told her that I had been to the home and it was more like 1800 square feet. I know what 1100 looks like and this home was larger. Nikki asked to see the county page and I gave it to her. After reviewing all of the pictures she said that Matt's pictures did not show a garage door on the property but the county picture did. I told her that there was a detached garage on the property but not one attached to the home. It was decided that they must have remodeled the garage to become a family room and then built a new garage. Jim said hmmmn, they must not have gotten a permit since the county page does not reflect the new square footage. After that statement the board went on to discuss all of the problems the house may have due to the remodel
If you are unable to make your mortgage payments for whatever reason, you may be facing some undesirable scenarios. Unfortunately, sometimes Foreclosure may be your only option. With the condition of the market and lenders' tightening of their standards, many lenders are refusing to negotiate with homeowners. Strange, but some lenders seem to prefer to proceed to foreclosure rather than working things out with a struggling homeowner. In this case, as hard as it is, you may have to choose foreclosure. You are not alone. Thousands of homeowners are facing this situation right now. It is not the end of the line for you and your credit. You can take control of your life and find another home that will meet your needs. Here's how:
AW: Speaking of the new project: when we told our viewers that we would be speaking with you many of the fans BEGGED us to get more details on an upcoming rock project. They want to know basically anything you can throw at us. Do you have a release timeframe in mind? A single in the works? Is there anything about that project you could tell us that you’re excited to speak about?
(I have talked about early detection, but what if it is too late? What if you are already a victim?)
1. Don’t ignore the problem. The further behind you become, the harder it will be to reinstate your loan and the more likely that you will lose your house.

C. As long as schooling increases the marginal return to work more than crime and schooling does not decrease patience levels or increase risk aversion.
Two of our fellow seniors, Curtis Robinson and Sumayyah Singletary, have taken the initiative to plan an unofficial class trip. The following is a message from them:
Have you served in a war? Has your father or mother served in a war? How about your grandpa? As we honor those who have served we typically do so by standing for the pledge of allegiance or star spangled banner. We say thank you to our war heroes or we go and visit them and listen to their stories. In this paper I will be discussing why NFL players should not be allowed to kneel for the flag. Although the NFL players have the right to peacefully protest, they should find a different way than kneeling as it shows disrespect towards the flag also active duty military and veterans, it teaches young children this behavior is okay, what they are protesting has nothing to do with the flag and there are many different ways to get their message out.
“ Great shot Breanna, great shot” said a fan congratulating her on winning the game with a buzzer beater shot, with a second left to play. After the game was done, she went into the locker room to change and get ready to go home. Once she got finished changing she starting walking outside towards her car.
I am sure that everyone of you have heard about aliens and UFOs. Indeed, we all have heard about the famous case of aliens and UFOs in Roswell, New Mexico. Most people might be interested in the topic of aliens, but I know that the majority of you just think of it as rumours and the existence of them are impossible. Therefore, I am standing here in front all of you to make you change your perspective. I am strongly confident that I have found the evidence of their real existence to convince all of you.
It was October 6, 1998 when he was lured from the bar that cold, fateful night. His skull was smashed with a pistol butt as he was lashed to a fence, left for dead in near freezing temperatures. Nearly eighteen hours later he was found by passersby and taken to a hospital where we remained in a coma for several days until slowly slipping away. At his funeral, picketers carried signs saying, "God Hates Fags" and *Fags Deserve to Die."
For example, using a leftover coffee can for loose nails or screws, or even washing and reusing a plastic zip-loc bag instead of throwing it in the garbage. Thrift shopping is a way of reusing someone else’s unwanted goods. As I spoke about in an earlier speech about thrifting, I included many locations and ways to thrift, also the benefits to the shopper and the donator. One place in particular was shopping at the local boys and girls club. I personally shop there, keeping my eyes open for a good deal. For example, the pair of jeans that I am wearing today was purchased from this store just a few months ago. I paid only $8.00 for this pair of Lucky Jeans and according to buckle.com, a retailer for lucky jeans the retail price is $99.00 that is a savings to me of $91.00.I am not the type to worry about name brands, but quality usually does cost more. If I can get a quality pair of jeans at a fraction on the price, I am glad to shop at the thrift store. I am thankful to the person that made the donation of the lucky jeans and they can benefit from that donation. According to the IRS webpage, IRS. Gov it explains that an individual can donate items like clothing, household furniture and furnishings, a car or boat, even taxidermy. The donations are appraised, by the donator, and recorded. At the time of filing taxes if the donation equals at least $500 for the year, the donator may take advantage of the
Surveillance has become a great part of modern life because of the advancements in technology. Cameras on phones are forms of surveillance, which major companies have abused in the process of selling products. Companies have quickly jumped on the train of surveillance to make more money by holding and selling the data recorded. One of these sensitive areas is that of licence plate scanners, which read and record licence plate numbers. The scanners are usually used by law enforcement and repo agencies but other companies have used the scanners as a form of income. In order to persuade readers to act against or for a cause, the writer must use several techniques in his or her writing. The articles written by RT and In These Times implement techniques which target the audience by using ethos, pathos, and logos to address such controversial topic as is surveillance.
