On Dec. 11, 2015 7:21 pm (19:21) in the city of Arlington, Texas, while getting on to I-20 from the frontage Rd. going east. I, Clyde Bluitt, was rear ended by a Gold Lexus LS430 (Lic Plate: Texas CZ3-X578) (Car 02) driven by/registered to your client Kutrina Henderson. Traffic was heavy on I20. When entering the east bound lane of I20 from the frontage road just east of Matlock Road traffic was flowing then it stopped. At that time Ms. Henderson car collided with the back of my car (Gray Volkswagen CC, Lic. Plate DDS 2919) (Car 01). When we looked at the damage of the cars. Country road has always been one of Australia leading premium stockists of apparel and home wares. Country Road began as a small manufacturer but expanded and diversified to become a leading wholesaler/retailer of apparel and home wares in the Australian market. The great success of this fueled the company into an expansionary strategy into the lucrative yet highly competitive US markets and also further along the way into the Asian markets. The strategy of international expansion into Asia had involved alternative strategies instead of the aggressive strategy into US. Such strategies included strategic partnerships and franchising agreements. Country Road was successful at first with its defined higher quality products and
In the short story, “Along the Frontage Road” by Michael Chabon, a father and son visit a pumpkin patch off a frontage road to escape from their home and problems. While at the pumpkin patch, the father reflects on how many situations in life are uncontrollable. The family had suffered the loss of their unborn daughter, and the father and son use their experience at the pumpkin patch to move on in life. Michael Chabon uses figurative language in the form of metaphors and similes, a depressing mood, flashbacks, and pumpkin symbolism in “Along the Frontage Road” to comment on hardships in life that people have no control over.

At approximately 1:28 a.m., I arrived at the scene and met with Trooper Otten, who advised what had transpired prior to my arrival. Trooper Otten stated a blue 2014 Ford F-150, driven by Eric A. Wenzel, was traveling northbound on Illinois Route 4 south of Norton Lane. While traveling northbound, the blue Ford veered to the left and entered the southbound lane of the roadway. Once in the southbound lane, the front passenger’s side of the blue Ford struck the front passenger’s side of a southbound silver 2003 Ford F-150, driven by Alan L. Schilling. Trooper Otten stated both Mr. Wenzel and Mr. Schilling sustained incapacitating injuries in the collision Trooper Otten advised the silver Ford’s front seat passenger, Sarah L. Wagner-Schilling, sustained life-threatening injuries in the collision and was not expected to survive. Trooper Otten said Mr. Wenzel admitted to having been drinking prior to the collision and was suspected of driving under the influence. All three occupants had been transported from the scene
On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
One of the vehicles involved pulled away from the accident and headed north on Sprinkle Road. Two witnesses called this in and gave a description of the vehicle. From this description the vehicle was pulled over on the corner of East Main Street and and 26th street at 14:07.
During the collision, a gold 2000 Saturn LS1, driven by Cheri E. Post, was reportedly being pursued by a black 2014 Ford Mustang GT, driven by Jordan M. Kinne, after a drug deal gone bad. The Saturn and Ford entered the ramp from Interstate 55 southbound to Tudor Avenue traveling the wrong way. While traveling from Tudor Avenue to Interstate 55, the Saturn and Ford entered the path of a silver 2005 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Pierre D. Manley. Once in the path of the Chevrolet, the front passenger side of the Saturn struck the front passenger side of the Chevrolet.
Margaret Harris (W) contacted me and told me she had witnessed the collision. Margaret stated she was stopped behind Cheryl's vehicle on the eastbound Hwy 18 off ramp to West Valley Hwy S, and Krystyna's vehicle was stopped next to, to the south of, Cheryl's vehicle in the right turn only lane. Margaret said the signal turned green, Cheryl's Impreza began to make a right turn onto West Valley Hwy S, but Krystyna's Odyssey went straight ahead through the intersection instead of turning right, and the front of Krystyna's vehicle struck the passenger side of Cheryl's vehicle.
The driver of vehicle 1 stated that he was having neck and chest pain after the collision. I asked driver 1 several times if he want an ambulance, he refused each time I offered. On August 27, 2015 at approximately 2154 hrs, I observed a gray 2005 Acura TL bearing NJ Reg# J61FHA was driving 69 mph on 55 mph zone on Route 1 north, made a passing on the right lane and change lane again to the middle lane. When the traffic light turned red on intersection between North Oaks Blvd and Route 1 north, I pull my patrol vehicle 558 next to the vehicle as a the vehicle was slowing for the traffic light and I observed interior light on with a driver who had his hand upon his ear and moving his mouth which made me believed that the driver was talking on his cell phone while driving. I positioned my patrol vehicle 558 behind the Acura TL, activated my overhead emergency lights and conducted motor vehicle stop.
Unit 2 was driving eastbound in the left lane of 167th St. between Orchard Ridge Ave. and Anthony Ave. in Hazel Crest, IL. Unit 2's approximate speed was 35 miles per hour. A large puddle of water had formed from a very recent rain. It covered the right lane and part of the left lane. The driver of Unit 2 noticed the puddle and proceeded to slow down to a speed of approximately 20 miles per hour. The driver of Unit 2 then noticed Unit 1 coming from behind in the right lane at a high rate of speed. Unit 1 tried to avoid the puddle without slowing down and impacted Unit 2. Unit 1 was pushed back into the right lane. Unit 2 was pushed off of the left side of the road onto the slightly raised median. The front and left side of Unit 1 was severly
The mother exited the house and was asked if she drove the vehicle. She related the car is hers but no one has driven the car for a few days. I advised the marks are identical to the other vehicle that was parked and struck. The female Jacqueline SOLIMINI stated the car wasn't moved and the damage has been on her vehicle for some time. I informed her that I have her mirror for her car in my possession. That the mirror was knocked off her car and remained on the scene. SOLIMINI denied the vehicle being driven and stated if it's just going to be some tickets to send them to me.
The accident took place around 2:40 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue Southwest. The other driver was also taken into custody for questioning, but no arrests have been made at the time. Police believe that both drivers probably knew each other prior to the incident.
When I arrived on scene I spoke with three individuals who were involved in the collision. The operator of the White Ford F-250 was identified as Albert John PIKITUS and his passenger was identified as Nathan GULDEN. Both stated that PIKITUS was driving south on Swatara Road when they observed a vehicle travelling north on Swatara road. They said the vehicle began to travel in their direction and they thought she was going to strike them so PIKITUS stopped his truck in the road. They said they could see the eyes of the operator and she never looked at them and was only looking at the turn where she later turned right onto Florida Avenue. The operator turned into their vehicle making a wide right turn. As they sat stationary the female struck the driver's side of the truck.
Thank you again for your inquiry. The current westbound roadway configuration is exactly what was prior to construction - the left lane gives motorists the option to get on the SB I-75 ramp lanes or continue westbound. The problem you are referring to is not because of the current roadway configuration. We studied the issue over the past few days and noticed that the reason for the minor backup in the westbound direction, in the vicinity east of the Miramar Bridge, is because the Miramar EB traffic from Dykes Rd to get on the SB I-75 ramp backs up due to the heavy volume of traffic. So a percent of the traffic goes eastbound and makes a U-Turn at the entrance to the NB I-75 ramp and heads west to capture the dual
