The time-management strategies that I have learned this week that will help me achieve my goals are being more productive, and reducing my stress level so that I wouldn’t stress out about a particular assignment that was due. I had learned that I couldn’t have low self-esteem, because with low self-esteem it would’ve been hard for me to get things accomplished. The other time management strategy that help me achieve my goal was me reaching my goal for the week, so that everything that needed to be completed was complete on time instead of late.
4. Describe how you will balance academic expectations and your personal and professional responsibilities.
I will balance my expectations by pushing myselfe harder and think about what has to be accomplished, so that I will be able to pass my college classes. For my personal responsibilities I will always continue to take care of my child and make sure that my child has everything that he needs. I will also make sure that I am a responsible person as far as what has to be done in my personal life with my own family. I know that having personal responsibilities are important each and everyday, like paying for the bills in my home and making sure that there is food in my home. For my Professional responsibilities I will definitely make sure that I complete all of my degree program classes, and I will make sure that I don’t

Drawing characters, backgrounds, rims, cars, or trucks spends most of my pastime. In addition to drawing, I would also like to partake classes in Animation. I am a 17-year-old junior at Port Saint Lucie High School. I plan on graduating with high honors and getting scholarships for college. When I graduate, I don’t plan on “taking a break” I plan on enrolling to a four-year college. I want to study in the medical field. I’m planning on majoring in being a nurse, or a registered nurse or a paramedic. My top two choices for colleges are located in Boston Massachusetts which are Northeastern University and Boston University. While being in college I also plan to have a part time job that will help me pay all my expenses.
1. Give an example of a goal you reached and tell me how you achieved it.
The goal that I established to address the element of weakness will address the need for an increase in individual student planning, specifically related to career readiness and success as well as post-secondary options. This goal addresses the attributes of a SMART goal in the following ways: Specific – I will develop and implement three classroom guidance lessons that cover the importance of career planning, the different career paths,
Out of the three goals, (Personal, educational, and professional) I chose two of the goals that I am focusing on and that is my personal and educational goals. For my personal goals, I want to create a big picture of what I plan to do in life. Then I want to break them down in order to reach my goals, then once I have them together, then I would start working on them to achieve them. For example(Specific and Measurable goals), I plan on finding a job that has great benefits and the best rate of pay, and one that does not require working on weekends(Monday-Friday only), and not working overtime.
This same process can be applied to my personal goal of finally obtaining a college degree. To me, this is a very important goal. Accomplishing this goal will allow me to prove to myself that I can earn a degree and that I can even work my way up to a doctorate, like I hope to do someday. By applying the SMART process to this goal, I have specified it to earning my associates degree. I will know that this goal is accomplished by finishing all the requirements of earning an associate's degree, in my chosen field. This goal is achievable because I know I have to intelligence and the desire to accomplish it. It is also realistic because it is a 2 year degree and I am at a point where I can fully dedicate myself to the goal, for this amount of time. I have given myself the traditional 2 years to finish earning this degree. This is another goal that I actually plan on using the SMARTER process, so I can continue to earn higher degrees, up until I earn my PhD.
I understand that in order to achieve my goal, I will have to make many sacrifices such as continuing to balance a full time job with family responsibilities and numerous difficult classes. I will work hard and plan to put a lot of effort into my classes to assure success in each of them.
Goal setting has always been an important factor in my life, because of that I have accomplished things that I am very proud of. Without goals it would make it very hard to succeed in life because there is nothing to work hard for. Goal setting is a constant reminder of the things that are important to you. It gives me the motivation to work hard every day so that I can achieve my goals. Goals are what keeps each of us different. Throughout my life, I hope to continue to set goals.
7. Creating Actionable Goals related to obtaining your Graduate Degree- All the goals that I plan to use will be strong and hopefully attainable; I think that all
