Good evening ladies and gentlemen. As the First Lady of the United States of America, I would like to extend our warmest regards to the Angel of the Angel's Land. You are making history and making us proud. The President and I, alongside the girls could not be happier for you. Winning over your opponent by 72% of the votes is more than unbelievable today or any day in Kabul, Rome, Washington, or the Golden State. We do not see often that type of numbers coming from the politicians in nations around the world, except for numbers on pieces of papers. Although the President did mention once, one of us have almost 97% approval. God bless him or her beloved soul. Your accomplishment are the accomplishments of your fellow citizens in Angel's Land and the rest of us living in Afghanistan, America, Tibet and beyond. …show more content…
Like Rumi, every other country in the world will start claiming you as their nation's citizen. And for some reason, I see no reason why you were meant to be elected as the Angel's Land's Mayor. You are not naive, neither am I. I see what you see. You have everything you need in your position to thrive. This is your moment and as you pursue the future that you want, I want you to know that the United States of America will be right there as your partner and as your friend. The President and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mrs. Agnese Landini, and His Excellency for supporting this once of a lifetime movement in the history of His Excellency's beautiful beloved nation. It's always wonderful to see the heads of nations working for the interest of their citizens and the rest of
That is exactly what I did. I am glad I fought because if I didn't fight I wouldn't be here today to tell you my story that has made me who I am today. Even though I had some difficulties learning in school I didn't get discouraged I tried my hardest and wouldn't give up and because I didn't give up I am currently nineteen years old and about to graduate from high school and have been on honor roll for four years in a row and was inducted into The National Honor Society my sophomore.
It has been said: “Hope dies last.” Recent tragic events that seem to shake our society with increasing occurrence remain incomprehensible to me and fundamentally undermine my belief that all Americans are “endowed... certain unalienable Rights[:] Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” It is unbearable to watch America, my now home country, going through turmoil and fear of grand proportions for the uncertainty lying ahead. If ever this “my and your” land needed healing and reformation, it is now. Therefore, our next leader has to be a wise, compassionate and seasoned in affairs of the State liberal, and a woman. Thus, I let my hope soar when I heard Hillary Rodham Clinton announced her Presidential Candidacy. I listen intently to the

Five days from now, the world will witness the vitality of American democracy. In a tradition dating back to our founding, the presidency will pass to a successor chosen by you, the American people. Standing on the steps of the Capitol will be a man whose history reflects the enduring promise of our land. This is a moment of hope and pride for our whole nation. And I join all Americans in offering best wishes to
I, Sarah Frerichs, met Emma Thoms-Warzecha at the beginning of 6th grade and over the past 4 years I have gotten to know her very well. At the beginning of our friendship we were not very close. We met through a mutual friend that we both knew very well. Throughout the first two years of middle school, Emma and I fought non-stop trying to see who our mutual friend favored. All three of us spent day after day with each other even though Emma and I hated each other. At the beginning of 8th grade the dispute between Emma and me ended when our mutual friend moved away. Sometime at the beginning of 8th grade Emma and I had a conversation that did not involve our mutual friend and we became very close. It has been two years now and we both consider each other to be our best friend. Over our four year journey we have learned many things about each other.
I am honored to be here today with all of you showing the strength of the Constitution, democracy, and the American people. As we gather here today, a new chapter is beginning in America. Hopefully, a better chapter. One that will be written in history books and remembered as a Golden Age. I have struggled for years to help improve our glorious country and protect the its citizens. From my years on the Senate working for equal pay for women and as a governor in California bringing California to number one in education test score nationwide. The American people have been with me through it all. Telling me what they need and helping me be able to work towards change for the better. All of you are the reason why I am able to be here on this stage and I plan to work hard to serve you to the best of my ability.
It’s good to be home. My fellow Americans, Michelle and I have been so touched by all the well-wishes we’ve received over the past few weeks. But tonight it’s my turn to say thanks. Whether we’ve seen eye-to-eye or rarely agreed at all, my conversations with you, the American people – in living rooms and schools; at farms and on factory floors; at diners and on distant outposts – are what have kept me honest, kept me inspired, and kept me going. Every day, I learned from you. You made me a better president, and you made me a better man.
Hello fellow Democrats, undecided voters, and friends. It’s an honor to be standing before you all at the convention of the party which I attempted to represent in the presidential election. I hope that you will all continue to take to heart what I must say to you now, although I am no longer one of your presidential candidates.
I would first like to start off by thanking you and the Sandra Day O Connor School of Law for offering me admittance for this school year. I am greatly honored by being offered the chance to be a student and have a seat in this year’s class. Earlier in the year, I had the opportunity to observe a criminal law class at Armstrong Hall and doing so ensured me that I was making the right choice by applying to ASU Law.
This is the fighter, the doer that you have chosen as your nominee, in ways no one expected, this moment in the life of our country has defined a mission and given it to an extraordinary
Angel's Land elected a woman as mayor in 2800 years. It's time for America to elect me as America's next President. President Clinton and I don't know how Virginia Raggi and other candidates of other countries are behaving towards each other, but for what we have been seeing and hearing from him is beyond our belief. He is not only refusing to talk about the issues, but also insulting Elizabeth and I, and million of us in America pretty much from every race and background, and billions of us living in Islamic and non Islamic nations around the world. We may be crocked, goofy or crazy, but we are not misstating the facts to you. What the President of the United States and the current and previous Presidents, Prime Ministers, Chancellors, and
It is with my greatest pleasure to congratulate you on this accomplishment and position! After years of planning, advertising, campaigning and organizing I understand the relief and gratitude you must be feeling after such an emotional election. Although this job is a dream, I must be honest and tell you it has its moments. At times it is going to seem like more downs than there are ups but with the right team, confidence and strategies you will be able to conquer these next for years with a breeze. Giving the time frame you are working in and the time frame I worked in I can relate to you with trying to please everyone. There are going to be incidents where you are not going to please the majority, but president to president that is not what it is important. What is important is doing what you believe is the right thing to do and follows the laws of our country, that is why I am here writing this to you to give you some tips of mine. August 4th, 1964 may have been one of my most chaotic and stressful days in office but being personal with the people of this country, working with your team in the office and staying calm when being thrown multiple things at once is how I managed to deal with this day in the most appropriate way I thought was possible.
Above all, this country will continue to be great. As from the constitution, “We the people” run this country. “We the people” make it great. “We the people” make it excellent, and there is no doubt in my mind that the power will not terminate. The men and women of this illustrious nation uphold the democracy that makes free will exist. Our excellence will continue in my vision for America. This country will prosper forever and continue to strive for more greatness than anyone would think is impossible. “We the people” make it possible, and a great nation it will continue to be. “We the people” can make my vision ring
Friends, delegates and fellow Americans: I humbly and gratefully accept your nomination for the presidency of the United States.
Fellow Americans, today the United States of America is in great need of change. We have seen many candidates winning elections and failing us. Nothing will ever change if you don't change your vote. Sure they give a good speech and the run around but do they actually mean what they say? I sure haven't seen a “Change” yet. If you know me, you might have negative or positive feelings about me. I ask all of you to listen to this speech no matter how you feel about me. Today I will tell you why I am stepping down from Co Founder to run for YOUR President and what I plan to do in office. I will also explain my past in hope to prove to you that I will get this USA back on track.
