Based on the web there are four hotels that is Bay view Beach Resort, Sri Sayang Resort Service Apartment, Resort Facilities at Lone Pine Hotel, last is Ba Ba Guest House. When come to facilities there maybe some common in this hotel but not every single hotel, resorts or even guest house. Most of the hotel does not allow pets to go in to the hotel and if hotel does allow there will be bothered other customer that is living in the same hotel. As for Ba Ba Guest House and Resort Facilities at Lone Pine Hotel do give free parking. All four hotel’s general facilities that provide by the hotel is newspaper, non- smoking area and customer lounge.

The air – conditioning with individual control is just within the customer room only the others customer cannot be control just like a control room for example Berjaya UCH have a control room that can access all the people result or temperature of the air conditioning.In the hotel of the customer room there is an attached bathroom, long bath & shower and the internet access for the hotel is only for every customer room only. The reporting party (RP) stated resident Rita Henderson was brought into the hospital due to gangrene of her right heel. According to the RP the resident was treated in Eisenhower Medical Center located at 39000 Bob Hope Dr., Rancho Mirage 92270 (760) 346-7772 in February 2017 and release on 2/26/17 to Brookdale Mirage Inn's Skilled Nursing facility. On 3/15/17 the resident was seen again in the emergency room due to a bruise and pain to her right leg. At the time of her visit the resident displayed no signs of an ulcer. The resident was returned to the assisted living portion of Brookdale Mirage Inn at that time. Subsequently, the resident was brought into the hospital on 3/11/17 with multiple severe pressure ulcers resulting in gangrene. The RP disclosed the resident's right heel was gangrenous and her left heel sustained a pressure sore. In addition the resident sustained a hematoma to her upper right arm and a laceration to her upper left leg. The RP stated the gangrene was discovered during physical therapy by the physical therapist.
