On 07/01/2015, at approximately 0214 hours, your affiant was dispatched to the area of 330 West Chester Street for a disturbance. The caller reported a gold Kia in front of her residence which has been repeatedly sounding the horn for the last ten minutes. Once on scene I located the described vehicle which was occupied by three individuals. The operator was identified as Nicole MURRAY through a Pennsylvania driver's license, which was later learned to have been suspended. The vehicle displayed an expired inspection sticker (5/15). I questioned MURRAY on why she has been repeatedly sounding the horn. She stated an individual in Haldeman's home has property of hers and is refusing to return it to her. On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
Upon arrival I spoke to Paras Narang (victim) who stated in effect that between June 15, 2015 2100 hrs to June 16, 2015 0730 hrs an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his vehicle (brown 2015, Accura, NJ reg# PDN710), which was parked in the parking lot, and removed is brown leather wallet and a gold chain from his console.
On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location. At approximately 1640 hours, on February 5, 2016, a male subject went to his girlfriend father’s residence on Co-op Road East, in the Hampton area of Hampton County and took a vehicle without permission. The vehicle was a white 2005 Malibu. The complainant, William Nix, made allegations that the subject, Jennife Walling, did not have permission to take the vehicle off of his property.
On Sunday, 04/29/2018, at approximately 1024 hours, I was in full police uniform, driving a marked Daly City Police patrol vehicle. I was driving south on Sullivan Avenue, north of the interstate 280 south on ramp. At that time my attention was drawn to a gray, 2015, Volkswagen, Passat bearing California license #5TUF434. I saw the vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. I conducted a records check on the computer in my patrol vehicle and it revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Oakland.
This officer responded to Priced Rite Tree Service in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, this officer contacted Middleborn, who advised they just noticed their 1988 Chevrolet black pickup was missing. Middleborm advised the vehicle was stolen sometime within the last 3-4 days. Middleborn stated an employee was supposed to take the vehicle in for repairs. Middleborn stated he called the company and learned the vehicle was never dropped off. Middleborn stated he spoke with his employee and learned the employee thought the vehicle was already in for repairs and did not check with anyone.

When Mr. McDonald returned back to his residence he observed his Lincoln car was not at his residence, so he figure his wife had went to town in the car. On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:40pm, Officer Lucas Griffin and I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to 902 West Lincoln Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, in reference to a business alarm. On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.

On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2141 hours, 911 Dispatched advised I, Deputy Waldschmidt needed to make contact with Virginia L. McAdams (DOB: 07-31-1932) in regards to some suspicious activity on her property. I made contact with McAdams who stated a 3rd party person told her they saw a white male leaving her abandoned property in the 800 block of East 130th Avenue North near Peck, Sumner County, Kansas. McAdams just wanted to make Deputies aware of this since she has had trouble in the past with people going on the property and stealing her belonging. The white male was described as an older male with a beard. The male was seen running from her property to his vehicle. The vehicle was described as a blue passenger car, last seen heading eastbound.
On November 3, 2007, a crime was committed in Hapeville, Georgia. A mother and her son heard a commotion outside their residence house. When mother discover a man sitting inside her orange and white truck, the man threated her at gunpoint with a pistol. The female victim was told to go back inside her property. Female victim son called the police immediately to notify them of situation. Hapeville Police Department officers were dispatched to the home. A Hapeville officer on duty spotted the stolen truck less than a half mile from the location vehicle was taken from. The officer pursue the truck, and the thief exit the vehicle and started running. On Monday January 29, 2018 I was responding to a call of shots fired at College Villa Apartments when I heard Gautier Police Dispatchers announce there was a white vehicle leaving the scene. As I was travelling down Ladnier Road I observed a white vehicle turn north onto ladnier from College Villa and immediately turn around and head onto West Park Drive. I proceeded to follow the vehicle, as I turned onto West Park I observed the vehicle pull into a driveway and cut their lights off.
