2. That on the date of 12/21/2017 at about 1831 hours Your Affiant was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St Room #101 to take a report for an assault that had taken place.
The reason why I think all of this is because there is no real signs of an intruder.
The caller, Jacob Komara, stated Marilyn Stefanski was there refusing to leave. She went in and asked to use the bathroom and he said she could. She proceeded to sit down and he advised her that she is not suppose to be there. She became verbally agressive and refused to leave. He has asked her to leave before approx. 1 to 2 months ago when she entered and began giving him a hard time, but on that occassion she willingly left without any additional problems.
