Heaven Shoemaker-Personal Narrative

When we arrived at the house, I stood there for about five seconds before knocking on the door. They didn’t answer at first, so I knocked again, harder, and then saw the handle start to move. My stomach filled with butterflies as I watched the door slowly open. The face that greeted was one of a two year old, and as I looked up I saw her father standing over her.

When my sister and I got home and there was a tiny crate in the corner of the living room. I asked my mom, “Are we getting a puppy today?” “I guess you’ll have to wait and see” she said.

Shelly said to Alisha,”do you think we are going to be dogs forever”. Alisha said to Shelly,” no don’t worry we have to drink a potion by 12 am”. Shelly said to Alisha”what if we don’t get the potion by 12 am”. Alisha said to Shelly,” then we will be dogs forever”.

He thought to himself could this really be happening? So he picked up the old mysterious coin and flipped it and guessed for a little puppy husky. When he did this he heard a bark from the room next to his which was a guest bedroom. He called for his parents to come upstairs and they did so.

“Ok, we’ll take the dog; we just have to hide him from Mommy,” the dad said.

“Mom I can’t find my teddy bear”, said lesley's sister. It’s in the toy box. Oh found it!!!!! Mommy I have to use the restroom said lesley’s sister. Lesley replied it is upstairs didn’t you listen to the house tour.

The next morning I took oreo for a walk jeff and julia stopped to say hi to the new pup on the block. “Julia do you want to sleep over my house and go to school together on monday?” “Ok I will see if I can go.” Julia talk the whole walk saying how she wanted a dog but her parents didn’t let her, I didn’t mind I liked the company I was a better listener than I was talker anyway. When I got home I put food and water in her bowls.

I took out a toy and started to play with him, I was so happy I had my very own pet. Steve and Mom sat in the living room and started to also play with him. Steve said, “She’s so happy it’s nice to see her smile again.” I was smiling and actually forgot all about the old neighborhood for the time

One day I was coming home from the worst day of school, and this week it was my turn to let the dogs out of the cage and be attacked by the monster giant puppy. Just kidding, they are really small. So I walked into the house and set my stuff down. I went upstairs to unlock the cage. I waited for our puppy, Beau, to come out, but I never saw him. I looked around the room for him to see if he had somehow gotten out. Then I started saying,” BEAU, BEAU!!! Where are you?!!!,” to see if he would come out from his little hiding spot, but he never did. He wasn’t out in the room, so I looked under the blankets we had put in there. Then I found out that he had fallen asleep under the blanket. I woke him

I walked through all the kennels, part of me was happy to see no Irish Wolfhound puppies in there, but the other half of me was hoping to see a happy little ash grey puppy with their tongue lolled out to the side.

Two adults walked in a pet store, looking for a puppy for their young daughter. Although they know that every dog there came from a puppy mill, a cruel place, they still get a puppy. They go home and give their daughter the puppy. The puppy didn’t seem happy, so they took it to the vet. The vet said it was sick, it died days later.

“Cool” I said to my Mom. “Ya that is pretty cool” she said back. The man stared at the fish tank for a second and he grabbed a black moon goldfish. “That one is big Mom” I said. “Ya that fish is huge” she said in a weird way. The man looked at the fish for so long It felt like the world was in slow motion. Finally the man said “If this fish has what I think it does I can’t sell any of the fish in the

I got home from school and went to look for my friends. I ran upstairs and check each of their rooms. No one was home except for our four dogs. My dog was Tater, he was the biggest in the house, a big yellow labrador. Then, there was Nicolle’s black and white french pug, Rosie. Then, Emily’s brown chihuahua, Baby. And last, Jade’s black mini-poodle , Zerno. Each dog knew who their owner was. They were loyal and kind.

Your 7-year-old son and your 1-year-old pooch are playing in the room next to you, when suddenly you hear a growl coming from your dog. You race into the room and find your son trying to get the family dog to sit in a chair. Your son explains they were just playing a game and Rover needed to be sitting in that chair.

It was a nice day up in Vermont the mountain was cold the snow was white like the clouds and just as fluffy as a Persian cats white delicate fur. Then that's when it happened we got up to the mountain my father my brother and myself when we got to the mountain we were amazed. When we got to the top of the mountain we saw an amazement of colors and that's when it happened me and my father had a fight a little while earlier. When we got to the area we put on our ski and snowboarding gear and then it started we went up the the ski lift and I was still angry at my dad.
