Ans: To establish my statements, firstly we have to know what we mean by personality and then where personality comes from. So all these are depicted below:

Personality: Simply, it refers to the ways how people react or interacts with others. We all know that each and every person’s characteristics are unique. Also, people have different quality and characteristics and all of these characteristics make personality. As we know, personality comprises a set of mental distinctiveness which reflect the way in which a person thinks, acts and feels.

As OB studies the behavior of people within the organization so it will be easy to lead, motivates or controls the organization.

Management: In an organization, there are more persons involved where to achieve common objectives or goals. So in management of organization people have to perform different activities like- planning, organizing, staffing. Directing and controlling. These activities are performed by the managers to run business operation effectively and efficiently. The managers are looked-for to make sure the success of business and to connect the link.

Organizational Behavior with management

Both Organizational behavior and management emphasizes motivation, leadership, and communication and so on. Also try to find out the interpersonal relationship and how they interact with others in group work.
There is much close relationship with Organizational behavior and management. To manage all the operation in an organizations manager need to know the behavior of employees as well as other managers.
