After thousands of years that consisted of multiple errors and achievements, The Industrial Revolution played a major rule in the process of shaping our global history. The Industrial Revolution had remarkable, and lasting affect on our world. The Industrial Revolution brought upon many changes some beneficial, but also others that were unfavorable. The Industrial Revolution created many factories and businesses that created thousands of jobs, but also new enterprises. As factories and businesses grew so did the economy which lead way to the development of new inventions. During The Revolution many factories began to open, making manufacturing easier. As factories arose more business were created which turned into enterprises, which all around improved economy, because manufacturing and production of goods were easier than ever before. People in search for jobs started to migrate to locations around factories and cities. Houses and even more business emerged near factories because of the overflow of newcomers looking for jobs. These places soon developed into cities which spread nationwide, transforming villages and small towns into well developed and advanced societies. These major cities started uniting communities, that created and opened up many opportunities in job fields. Although as cities developed farmers, merchants and artisans working in small towns were no longer needed in advanced societies, being replaced by new inventions such as spinning jennys, water frames, flying shuttles, and steamboats. These new advances made work more efficient and faster, which lead to more goods being manufactured in shorter time periods, in factories. These inventions therefore put many out of work, some even became homeless, because their labor was no match for the effectiveness of machines.
