The First Law of Thermodynamics is also called the, The Law of Energy Conservation. What does this law state? According to Huse, This law states that energy can be converted from one form into another, but it can either be created nor destroyed, and total energy in the system remains constant. However, energy can change form, from one energy to another energy. Therefore, in the universe the energy is the same.
In your own words, why does this scientific Law refute the theory of evolution? The Law of Energy Conservation conflicts with the theory of evolution in the naturalistic concept and innovative evolution. In Naturalism nature only natural forces itself operate the world and innovative evolution is basically improving on creation.
The second reason why evolution is false is that there is little evidence of transitional fossils in the fossil record. Even Darwin and other scientists have admitted the lack of evidence and fossils. For example, Stephen M. Stanley, an evolutionist, has made comments about this: “In fact, the fossil record does not convincingly document a single transition from one species to another” (Snyder, 44 Reasons Why Evolution Is Just A Fairy Tale For Adults). If evolution has happened, and is still in process today, then the world would be filled with species that are transitioning into another, instead, there are none alive today. To add to this, no human has ever witnessed macroevolution, so therefore, there is little proof and no possible record
Speaking from scientific view, Darwin's theory has many loop- holes, according to Charles Darwin, "according to Darwin himself" might sound better (nwcreation.net)…I am quite conscious that my speculations run beyond the bounds of true science….It is a mere rag of an hypothesis with as many flaw[s] & holes as sound parts.” Charles Darwin to Asa Gray, cited by Adrian Desmond and James Moore, Darwin, (New York: W.W. Norton and Company, 1991) pp. 456, 475. It violates the Law of Themodynamics, which state that energy cannot be lost or gained, only transformed different types of energy. However, the big bang theory of Darwin's Evolution guess is that the Earth suddenly gained a huge burst of energy that created life, which is complete paradox of the Law. Since the Law of Thermodynamics is approved by all scientist while-->which the Evolution/ Big bang theory is still in doubt, this would make the theory of Evolution unreliable and possibly false. Evolution is one of the less perfect solutions to explaining the
In the Evolution as Fact and a Theory, Gould stated the differences between a fact and a theory and gave examples that supported evolution. There are misunderstandings between a fact and a theory. A fact and a theory are not in the same group of certainty and theories are used to explain facts.
The law, conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy within a system remains constant at all times, although energy within the system can be changed from one form to another. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can be transformed. The law of conservation of energy states that when energy is being used, it’s not being used up instead it’s being transformed from
Photosynthesis is a good model of Law of Conservation of Matter and Law of Conservation of Energy. Both can be represented by photosynthesis because photosynthesis includes both in its process of producing food.
“I see no good reasons why the views given in this volume should shock the religious views of anyone.”

At its core, this theory supports the notion that only the strongest organisms survive in a changing environment while their weak counterparts die off. Nevertheless, various circles regard the evolutionary theory by natural selection as practically impossible. Since its conception, proponents of the theory have defended it with the help of
The Law of Conservation of Energy, derived from centuries of observation and measurement, indicates that energy cannot be created or destroyed. But energy need not stay in one place. Energy can be converted from one form to another and can be created in one place and show up in another. Remember that energy, in an open system, can do work on the surroundings or supply heat to the surroundings.
The movie I watched was Inherit the Wind. The movie focused on the trial of Bertram Cates, for teaching his students about Darwin’s theory of evolution. The two attorney’s handling the cases were very famous. The prosecutor was Matthew Harrison Brady and Cates’ defense was Henry Drummond. Brady was very famous for being a presidential candidate three times, while Drummond was deemed “one of America’s most controversial legal minds.”
In 1925, a young Tennessee school teacher named John T. Scopes defied the state’s law prohibiting the teaching of evolution. Scopes was arrested and the case immediately got national headlines causing William Jennings Bryan to announce his intention to join the prosecution. Then, the ACLU got involved and offered to defend Scopes. When Darrow heard about the case, he said he would defend the school teacher free of charge. To Darrow’s thinking, Bryan was the embodiment of all those aspects of rural America that Darrow had escaped so many years before.
Evolution theory is not true because it gives a vague explanation of how the world developed to be what it is today and it also fails to explain why it is no longer going on today. As absurd as it is there are people in the world today who believe it majority of them being atheist.
Big Idea #1: Energy can be changed from one form to another, but energy cannot be created or destroyed
Throughout many years, religion has been a support for many people; reading the bible and attending to church every Sunday, is essential if someone wants to follow God’s guidance. Even though there are many religions in America, Christianity is the most common one and for most Christian believing in the Theory of Evolution is questioning God’s Guidance which is unacceptable and disrespectful. However, analyzing Kevin Hovind’s overly emotional argument about the Reasons Why Evolution is stupid is notable the lack of logical thinking, unreliable information and offensive language which left the audience questioning about the credibility of his knowledge.
The second law of thermodynamics states that entropy will increase over a period of time, meaning that something will slowly decay. In fact this would greatly disprove evolution. Evolutionists are saying that the natural world went from disorder to order. It’s like a tornado going through a car body shop and creating a car. Evolution says the earth is evolving. getting better, but ironically thermodynamics says the earth is supposed to be breaking down. So if God had created the earth it would have been from something perfect and we are slowly falling apart, gradually decaying.
S. Eddington awarded the second law of thermodynamics "the supreme position among the laws of Nature" since it alone was responsible for what he was the first to call "time's arrow"… The directionality of time that results from entropy's increase, Eddington points out, is intimately installed in our awareness of ourselves in the world, confirmed by human reason, and dependent upon the fact that there are multiple parts to be organized or disordered (Menke, 970).
