Who doesn't like truffles? Everyone likes truffles. These tiny chocolaty balls are full of a delicious goodness. If made right, the truffles are a great source of vitamins. As soon as I started a food blog, I've been dreaming about preparing homemade truffles. I've seen similar posts in the fellow bloggers, but kept on postponing making them myself. If only I knew how easy the process is, I would have made these healthy truffles much sooner. Given that most of the time, all the necessary ingredients are already in my pantry, the whole process took me very little time. If you follow my blog, you probably noticed that lately I've been posting a lot of dessert recipes. Given that Midwest has been struck by a real winter, I can't help it, but
Before you begin, always wash your hands. First we begin by blending with the wooden spoon, in one of the large bowls the brown sugar and the one-cup white sugar. Soften the margarine or butter in the microwavable bowl in the microwave for fifteen seconds. After you add the margarine to the sugar, mix them together. Add the peanut butter to the batter then mix again. In the small cup crack each egg separately, and add the yolk part to the batter and stir. Set the mixture aside for the time being. In the other large bowl measure out and sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Once sifted together, carefully add to the sugar and butter mixture. Blend together carefully. It may take a little elbow grease. Once completely blended, add the vanilla and stir till it is mixed on. The hard part is now over. Make sure that there are no lumps of sugar, pieces of eggshell, and clumps of baking soda. Nobody wants to bite into those! From the batter, scoop out a teaspoon size amount out and roll in your hands until it looks like a sphere. Roll it again, but this time, roll it around in 1/2 cup of white sugar until completely coated. Once achieved, place on the baking sheet. Continue this process of shaping the cookie until twelve and been formed and are two inches apart from each other on the cookie sheet. Take the fork and gently press two fork prints on each cookie, one

Start by lining the two mini muffin pans with mini muffin liners. In a food processor, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla, sea salt and cinnamon. Melt the dark chocolate in a double broiler, and pour it in a clean squeeze bottle. Squeeze approximately 1 teaspoon of chocolate into each cup. Tilt the fan so the chocolate evenly coats the bottom of every cup. Put the pans in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate

The purpose of this project was to show the effect on boxed brownie mix when key ingredients are subtracted. Changes in texture, taste, and color occurred. This experiment exposed the reason why water, eggs, and oil are necessary in boxed brownie mix. Water keeps the brownies moist and soft in texture. Eggs act as an adhesive that prevents the brownies from crumbling. Oil also holds the brownies together and locks in the moisture.Five boxes of brownies were baked on the experiment day: original, eggless, waterless, oil-less, and a final batch baked 100 degrees cooler. The original brownies turned out as expected: chocolatey, moist, and delicious (according to taste testers). The eggless batch was crumbly and overly moist. The waterless brownies retained their chocolatey
The techniques in this recipe are extremely simple, requiring only a pot, a heat source, preferably a stove, and a cooling area. Water and sugar are brought to a boil. Once they are boiling, the cranberries are added, and heated until they explode. Then, they are cooled to form a gelatinized dish. Although it takes three hours to make, the process itself is not difficult.

If you had a choice to eat either a truffle or a truffle which one would you choose? To make a wise decision you would need to ask this question first, what is a truffle? Well a truffle is a lot like a mushroom they both are tuber, which is why some persons say it is a mushroom, but it is not. These truffles grow in the ground and are dug up to sell, or eat. There are also chocolate truffles too. Why they have the same name? The chocolate truffles resemble the truffle because of their brownish color, which is the most common colored truffle. The plain chocolate, mint, and orange truffles were wrapped in gold wrappers, the lime tequila truffles were wrapped in green wrappers, and the espresso truffles were wrapped in red wrappers in order for the customer to recognize that this truffle was extra spicy and hot. Personally, I believe the packaging of the truffles is not fully understandable because red does denote something hot, while the other flavors wrappers don’t fully translate to being hot and spicy. The truffles were also available in gift boxes, drawstring muslin bags, a collectible tin, and also in a plastic bag if the customer chose to purchase the truffles on the Cowgirl Chocolates website. Personally, I do not believe that consumers will readily accept this product because the general market of consumers will more than likely purchase sweet, milky chocolates over hot and spicy chocolates. The purchase of Cowgirl Chocolates fully depends on whether the consumer likes the taste rather than attractive packaging and different experience.
