Yuffie and Leon reached a stopping point outside the bailey of Ansem's castle where Tifa waited. She was melodically tapping her foot on the ground and had an unusually drawn out expression—a clear sign they took too long for her liking. "You guys sure took your time, I thought I'd had to come get you myself," She said, sounding as pissed as she looked. "Uh, sorry, we got sidetracked along the way by heartless." He chose his words carefully knowing how scary she could get when angry. "How does it look from the inside?" "Not good. The place is packed with heartless, it'll take forever to comb through them all." "We're looking for a few Mythril crystals, right? Mythril should be easy to find," Yuffie said. "I bet we can find some in the …show more content…
"...Ugh..." She struggled to get back on her arms. "...I just...have to try something else..." "—LOOK OUT!" Xion felt the embrace of another person holding on tight to her, looking up with widened eyes, Xion realized Tifa was holding her in her clutches. They landed doftly on the other side of the heartless swarm and Tifa set her down. "You ok?" Tifa asked. Xion nodded in a cautious manner, wondering if Tifa saw Sora in her, but so far she had no reaction to her appearance. "...Alright. Be careful next time, ok? You could've got seriously hurt, don't take on these things alone if you can't handle it." She was gentle and motherly when scolding Xion, if felt comforting in a way she couldn't describe. Tifa turned around, back against Xion. "Leon, Yuffie, let's go!" By her command, Yuffie and Leon came running in. Yuffie dashed ahead of Leon while doing some sort of ritual with her 4-point shuriken. As she was closing in on the heartless, she leaped high up into the air and pounded the ground. "Landscaper!" She yelled. The ground beneath the heartless shook with the ferocity of an earthquake, sending the lightweight heartless flying in the air. "Leon, it's on you," Yuffie said. Leon, already having his gunblade loaded and positioned, shot the heartless in the air while Tifa began punching the heavyweight heartless still stationed on the ground. Xion watched the team destroy the heartless one by one, and soon, she felt compelled to join in herself.
"General Tulius sir! The headsman is waiting." Suspicions confirmed. They had indeed been heading toward their deaths at the hands of the empire. The cowardly thief began asking, no, begging the divines to help him. Hopefully, he would be the first to die because she did not want the last thing she heard to be him crying.
“Man, these people deserve to be stolen from. They don’t even lock the doors.” Finn said.
Without warning, Tati drew her spear again and slammed the butt of it on the ground. The gravity in the cave instantly dissipated and the room went into chaos. Even the boulder of a tome flew and hit the ceiling.
“Are you okay?” Cacouli was wondering if it had been his appearance or smell. Instead of intruding on her again he decided to walk in the opposite direction. He continued to walk away until he turned the thick wall of precious metals. Maja continued and realised that he probably wasn’t
The surprise attack caused Tygra drop his sword. Lion-O took that opportunity to tackle him to the ground, pinning him.
She gripped Heswyn’s hands and guided her away from the marching demons. Heswyn already used to her mistress’s very hands on approach, didn’t yelp in surprise. Finding a nice shadowed corner Jhorlia checked if the coast was clear. “Heswyn, show me your chosen form, and
“Okay, I am so sorry for surprising you like that.” she said, rather cheerfully despite my horrified reaction. “I just had to drink some of your blood so that you wouldn't bleed over the stitches, you'll be fine in a few minutes. Just stay still.”
Rin looks at Kanda and wonders was he just went protective over her, before running over to get her suitcase and catching up with Kanda.
Above, everyone stood, waiting for something to happen. The thick earth masked all sounds. The ground shattered and Graveler was thrown across the arena with a bright beam of light. Hyper Fang. Gabby knew having Rattata chew down a few trees before the battle started would be a good
Before it seemed like they were traveling near fast enough to get airborne, the deck took on a serious tilt. The plane still shook, but in a totally different manner. Slowly, by degrees, the deck leveled out again. The platoon visibly relaxed, giving each other a thumbs up. Trask gave the aircrew ten minutes to accomplish what they needed to do, then unbuckled his restraint and stood up. By the time he neared the cockpit door, all eyes were on him, including that of a crew chief barring the way.
He gripped hard the hilt of his Halathrin blade and made his choice: fate favored the bold-hearted! With a wild yell and a mighty swing he brought the sword crashing against Khamdar’s head.
Rising to my feet I went for her, flashing through the air and teleporting right on top of her. Once back on her I hit her with a right, and then another. Red waves of energy shooting out from my fist as I connected with her face.
Their mother couldn’t bear to see Axel suffering and pulled them away. “Don’t worry. Axel will be alright.”
She pulled the hood of her cloak tighter against the wind and rain, stepping towards the edge of the steep incline that stretched down to the valley floor. Just below, Castle Ravens Bane stood forbidding and storm lashed in the flashes of lightning.
"Don't worry I got your back!" Roxas called out. He attempted to shoot a blizzard spell at the heartless, but he missed completely and it spiraled towards Xion. "Watch out!" He yelled.
