Good afternoon, On May 23rd, Dave Payne, Greg Rodgers, and I went to check on the Trailers at OCS. We greeted the buyer, Michael, and his son. Then buyer's son described a man, which I believe was Terry Singleton from DLA, was at the site Tuesday, May 22nd. Michael's son claimed that guy was rude and aggressively asking him questions while his dad was away from the site. Michael, the buyer, stated he received notification of a deadline date of April 26th from Iron/ Gov Planet. It was clear to us that the buyer plans to continue removing salable items from the trailers until someone from base kicks him off. According to the buyer, a female Navy or Marine LT Col at OCS told him he can take as long as he wants to remove the trailers before
I’m Liz and I would like to start off by saying, “Good Morning”, and thank all of you for coming today to celebrate with the class of 2017 as today marks a huge milestone in our lives. For me specifically, I’m going to start off by thanking my family, friends, coaches, the faculty, and mentors (especially Oba); for supporting and guiding me through the good and bad times. Without you all, I don’t think I could’ve made it this far in my life. Secondly, I’d like to thank Konawaena for allowing me to compete in unpopular sports, excel in my classes, and grow into the person I am today. If you knew me freshman year, you’d remember that I could barely look people in the eye and was too meek to speak. Now, I’m not crushed with shyness, put myself out there and actually developed bonds with people that I will cherish forever. This school allowed me to meet amazing people and have unforgettable memories. Konawaena will hold a special place in my heart as it gave me a second chance to be who I truly am.
Legacy: I would like to thank all of my family, friends, teachers, and coaches who have supported me throughout high school. I would like to Kip and Julie Johnson, my parents. Thank you for everything that you have done for me. No matter how hard I was on you guys, you never gave up on me. You always knew that I could do better and constantly encouraged me to do so. I would also like to say a special thanks to my girlfriend Bekka. You have always been there for me since the 9th grade when we started dating. You always helped me with any of my work that I had sturggled with. I appreciate you always telling me that I could do better, even though I was lazy. Thank you for always supporting me, love. I would next like to thank all my friends: Tyler, Hugo, Ed, Casey, Tristan, James,
Transition to first main point: Firstly, I will be talking about the structure of the speech. 7G
Good morning Aphrodite. I may not have much to say, and I'm sorry for that, but the stuff I do have to say.. I hope it'll make you smile.
My fellow classmates, family, friends, and falculty thank you for being here today as we close a chapter of our lives here at Brazos Christian. First and foremost, I would like to give all the glory and honor today to the Lord because without him our high school experience would have been a lot different. There is a particular person that I would like to thank that is going to seem odd and her name is Rebecca Doncov. Many of you are aware of why I am thanking her, but others are not. As a 7th grader, Rebecca decided to bet me that I could not make all A+s in high school, so I did. The consequence of this is that I now have to give a speech in front of all of you. I am not the most eloquent of speakers, nor do I always please people with my opinion, so
His eyes were glued to the remote dimple on the side of her cheek. It was his way of containing the boyish grin that illuminated his face when she spoke. He stared adoringly, until Jinora's hand found the top of his. Kai stepped forward and he took a fortifying breath.
Good morning baby! I just wanted to give you something cute to wake up to, so here i am. I really hope that this will be able to put a smile on that cute face of yours. You are so unbelievably caring and kind and just flat out amazing. You deserve so much more than what you actually receive but then again, you are so young and you have such an amazing life ahead of you and hopefully, i will be able to see it as well. You just need to keep doing what you love and no matter what happens or whatever it may be, i’ll always be here for you. Not a day that passes by that i don’t feel blessed to have you. This is going to sound corny but i honestly do think that us meeting again may have been fate. I don’t like to think about what happened between us 6 months ago but i don’t want to ignore it because it happened and nothing can change that. But the point is, is that my love grew for you. And it continues to grow. Every single day when i talk to you i feel so complete and i feel like i really found the one. My love grows for you more and more every time that we talk.
Attached is our rough draft. I want to thank you for the extension you gave us, but I suggested that our group turn it in today, so we can spend tomorrow working with Becky on our presentation.
Good evening, thank you for having me here. I’m honored that I have been chosen to give my commencement speech and I’m glad to be here. First off, I’d like to thank the superintendent, also thanks to the administration, staff, the graduating class, and to all of you attended here today. The next generation, gathered here today, I’d like to tell you something very important that (I hope) you will consider sometime in the future. life is extremely difficult and challenging unless you work for your dreams and what you wish to achieve. Reach for the sky, because nothing is impossible unless you make it. I wish I had done certain things to my best ability, but that is in the past and time stops for no one. The future is what you should look forward
Good afternoon y’all. How are you. So I have never publicly spoke in front of a crowded so hopefully you will bare with me and help me get through this. So i'm going to be talking for a little while and I am going to need you to be quiet for a little while so let's all scream now so you won't talk during my speech. . scream on the count of 3 1-2-3 ahhhhhhh. Alright now that that is out of the way. Now you are probably wondering why I am out here.. Have you ever had something laying heavy on your heart. I have and that lead me to come out and speak to you guys today about multiple things. I feel as us as a student body when speakers come and talk to us about bullying, suicide, rape, abuse, ect. We think that things like that do not happen in
I payed a freshman to write mine last night, so I hope it turned out really cool.
Believe me my friend writing a maid of honor speech is the easiest thing in the world if you just put in the work. You are going to have to put in a lot of focused energy if you want actually write a wedding speech that people are going to love on the big day. But this is exactly why you must never fear anything because if you apply the following principles then you will get truly exceptional results.
It’s my turn to close tonight. It’s a Monday night, so no one is here but one man. I usually don’t close, but I’ve been trying to get all the overtime I can get. I begged my boss for weeks to give me some more hours and he finally gave in. I mean I can understand why he had a hard time deciding because I’m not the most experienced bartender here. I would spend time trying to learn more drinks to make, but I have so much homework to do it takes up most of my time. I thought high school was hard, but college is even harder. In high school, I worked at Friendly’s but still managed to have some extra time. I guess now that I have to support myself financially and attend school, it been a little hard on me. Luckily, I have a scholarship and this
Salam alaikum and good evening, everyone. I would like to thank Brother Naeem Baig and the ICNA National Committee for a phenomenal job organizing this year’s convention honoring the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and for inviting me to speak tonight. I would also like to thank my colleagues at the Arab American Association of New York for their hard work and dedication, which allows me the opportunity to be in attendance at this indispensable conference. I am extremely honored to be here with all of you. It means a lot to me to be back in Baltimore. As some of you may know, last April I participated in the March2Justice, walking on foot with Justice League NYC and friends from across the country from New York City to Washington, D.C. to deliver a "Justice Package" of criminal justice reform legislation that will end racial profiling, demilitarize our police forces, and invest in our communities. Along the way, my fellow marchers and I stopped in this great, and at that time, troubled city and attended Sunday services at the Empowerment Temple and joined Freddie Gray protests at the Western District police station. Those were unforgettable and moving experiences that I will carry with me, always.
So, I’ve been dating this guy named Bruce Spencer, from OkCupid for the past month.
