I am lying down on my bed that is in my dorm. I was on laptop, reading a book that is online. Since, I’m the president’s daughter, I get anything I want. I wore my favorite pajamas. It’s a tank top from Kohl’s. The color is White Ice Cream. It has ice cream patterns. The tank top has ruffled trims. And the matching short pajama pants has ruffled trims with ice cream patterns. I have another one with Violet Bows, Pink Cats, Blue Squirrels, Gray Donuts. I have pajama shorts without tank tops. I have a Navy Fruits Shorts from Kohl’s. And a Pink Goldfish Shorts from Kohl’s. There is a light knock on my door. I opened it and it was Vince, my abusive owner. He has messy black hair with green eyes. I closed my laptop to put it in my laptop case. Vince gave me a light smile. I have my suitcases in my car and I’m going to stay at a hotel that is near my house. Vince does not know where I actually live. “Hi, Vince.” I said. “Hi, Marissa.” Vince said. I grabbed my tiny mirror and checked to make sure that my hair is perfect. My curly dark brown hair is perfect. My green eyes are so boring. I like blue eyes. “You look very pretty in your pajamas.” Vince said. “My grandma bought me this pajama.” I said. “She also bought the other sets.” I said. “That’s very cool.” Vince said. I looked at his plain black t-shirt and black shorts for exercising. He looked cute today, but I can’t take it anymore. Malissa entered the room. I grabbed my laptop case. “We have to go to the library to print
“Good,” was the girl’s reply. They walked out of his house and climbed his his run down car. The paint was chipped, and it needed new tires, but he adored it. They had decided to go get frozen yogurt, as a cool treat on a hot summer day. The frozen yogurt shop was packed to the brim with sweaty, smiling faces, in for their favorite flavor. As he sat down next to Paige on the curb with his slightly melted dessert, he thought about all the hard times he had just been
“Thanks Mom” I said then rolled my eyes, good thing mom didn’t see that. I wish sometimes to be alone or just with Sasha. I ate my waffles in complete silence. Sometimes I think mom and dad want their old little girl back, but as I tell them their little girl is gone and will forever be gone. I finished my last bite, washed my plate, and left the apartment to see a familiar face. Lucas. How did he get my address? How he been stalking me? He better be passing by and not know where he is at otherwise I swear I will kick him in the….. Okay slow down Riles, figure out what he wants
Ashton was visiting for a weekend, it was only him. Calum had to stay back and look for Michael, as he had ran off again. I hugged Ashton and looked at him. Ashton got in my car and smiled. I hugged him tightly. “It’s been too long!” I yell and he laugs. “I like the hair, you changed it up a bit since the last time I saw you.” He greeted me, I smiled and shook my hair. I had dyed it blonde and brown. I decided I need a change. “How’s Tate?” Ashton looked at me while I was driving. “He’s on edge because of the baby, but he’s good. Brooklyn?” I smiled and he chuckled. “She’s 4 months,” It was all he needed to say. “You guys are having another fucking baby! Oh my gosh!” I squealed as my car came to a stop. Ashton blushed and felt my stomach. I felt her kicking. “Do you know yet?” He asked and I
“Take your time, Vi,” Sarah said using the Kiowa word for sister or an endearment between friends. She flipped her hair around, her long highlighted hair swirled around her as she smiled over at John. Her demeanor melting from anger to seducer in quick succession; flowing through her, sinking away. Sashaying away, Sarah grabbed John’s arm and whispered into his ear while walking her fingers up his arm. “I’m anxious to hear about your workout program, John. Your body looks so strong and… fit.” Sarah lowered her voice further, gently running her hand down his side, “I’ll bet you have lots of… stamina.”
Once we got to the school Chelsea parked her car and got out her heels clicking against the pavement. "Let's go ladies I don't want to be late it's bad for my- our reputation" she says with a quick smile. I rolled my eyes getting out of the car and pulling my bag over my shoulder. "You should put on some mascara" Bethany says pulling out her makeup bag. "I have some on" I quickly respond, "suit yourself, lashes are a big part of looking good" she says shoving her makeup bag back in her purse. Gaby silently exits the car and scurrying over next to Chelsea and Beth.
I rolled the cheap rental fabric of the sleeve between my fingers before walking to my dresser and pulling out my underwear. I grabbed a pair of plain boxers from the front and looked down at the boring pattern. "Might as well be a little different" I muttered, as i pulled the old drawer all the way out, feeling around for the pair of fitted boxer briefs I had secretly gotten for myself. The pale blue went well with my pale skin, the spunky girl at the store said so herself. It was one of the few acts of rebellion I had done up to that point. I still remembered how nervous I was going into the alternative store in the local mall, I shook as I looked at all the crude jokes and sexual things inside. She came up out of nowhere and asked if I needed any help. I stammered out "No, I-I'm alright thanks." She must have known I was nervous because she just smirked and said "Here let's find you a souvenir." I only nodded and followed her around the store as she asked me about what I liked, what I was into, etc. I couldn't help but stair at her amazingly colored hair, it shimmered in the dim light like a peacocks feathers; radiating out from a vibrant green, to blue, and purple. As we passed by the "sexy" underwear section of the story, my eyes landed on the pair of underwear. Right away she noticed and said "Great choice! I bet he'll love them" with a wink. I clammed up as soon as she said 'he', and of
I am in Ms. Haigler’s classroom, sitting on the ground, on a multicolored circular carpet with the rest of my class. The carpet has crayons on it. I am in kindergarten. It is after lunch because after lunch we have story time and during story time we sit on the carpet and it is the day after Martin Luther King Day
“Hannah? Hannah! You have a new package in the mail!” Makenzie runs into my house, as she stumbles over my dogs, who are barking at her. “What do you mean my mail? And why were you looking in my mailbox,” I say humorously. Makenzie jumps over the couch, kicking my phone out of my hand, “We are going to Los Angeles!” A few weeks before, Makenzie and I entered a contest to win a free trip to a Justin Bieber concert, in Los Angeles. I open the package, and the first word I read was ‘Congratulations!’ I screamed as I ran to my closet to get my suitcase. Makenzie started to throw random clothes in my bag, and I quickly stopped her. “Why are you taking all the clothes out,” Makenzie said confused. “Don’t you remember who filled out the information with us?” Makenzie’s face dropped as she answered my question. “I told you not to bring Agustin and Jacob to the mall with us, now we have to spend hours on a plane with them, hearing them talk non-stop,” Makenzie confirmed. “I’m sorry, Makenzie, but they are our friends,” I say supportively. I go to call my other friends, telling them the outstanding news.
“What did you do?” your mother says. Her hand lays on the island in the kitchen, forefinger angrily rapping along the surface. She grasps her hip tightly. The marble countertops have been polished to shine brighter than stars. The hardwood floors look so glossed they almost look wet. Houseplants are arranged into a perfectly aligned army along the tops of the cabinets. Your
I heard soft footsteps coming for my door. Knock, knock. “Come in,” I sighed. My mom opened the door and walked over to my bed. I could smell her sweet perfume, and was overwhelmed with a feeling of content. “Madison, my cell phone is out of minutes for the month and I need to call somebody about an ad on craigslist. It won’t be long, sweetheart.” Tony always paid her phone bill, and they were on the same contract. My feeling of content faded into disappointment. I argued with my mom for a short moment, and soon realized it was not worth it. I handed over my shiny, yet beat up purple flip phone. Mom, looking a little guilty, strolled out of my room. I decided to follow her so that I could help myself to some dinner. Holding my phone in her hand, my mom, almost skipping, made it down the stairs and out the front door in record time. “Why is she going outside to make a phone call?” I asked myself. I searched the fridge and the cupboards for any sign of food that actually looked good to me. I didn’t find anything, so I huffed to myself and turned out of the deserted kitchen and back up the stairs. Instead of going into my dreadfully boring room, I walked into my sister’s room. “Madison, what the hell? Why don’t you ever knock?” Sydnie asked, accusingly. “I’m sorry,” I wasn’t sorry, “I just can’t find anything to eat and I’m bored. And Mom is outside on the phone with some person about something. My phone.” Syd squinted at me with her soft blue eyes through her freshly dyed black hair and her heavy dark eyeliner. She had been busy typing away on the Acer laptop she’d gotten for Christmas months before. She took her eyes off me and focused back onto the screen of her laptop. I stood there in her doorway sluggishly for minutes before she finally lifted herself out of her twin size bed and made her way through her messy room. I can’t remember a time when Sydnie’s room was clean. She
Lilly glanced down the row of cars all parked up under the trees. A chill moved through her. She brought her knees up to her chest, pressed her thighs against her rib cage and let her head sink down. She needed to find a place to stay. She needed somewhere to sleep and she needed to be able to get ready tomorrow to make sure Bobby saw her looking hot again. Because he would kick himself once he saw her all made-up in a nice dress and nice shoes. He’d feel pretty dumb for avoiding her this last year over a stupid pair of flip-flops. But how was she going to be that girl who turned his head if she spent tonight sleeping rough? Lilly closed her eyes and tried not to let it upset her. Puffed up eyes was the last thing she
Jane parked Trent’s car and climbed out, taking a moment to look around. It wasn’t the best neighborhood in Lawndale. Not bad by any means, but not as nice as Daria’s. It certainly wasn’t where she expected a fashion princess to live. Stacy’s home was average for the neighborhood, a modest two story house painted a soft blue; it was set apart by a beautifully manicured lawn with flowering bushes lining the front of the house and a pair of small, well groomed trees in the yard. It didn’t suit a fashion princess, but it seemed to suit the girl she’d been getting to know the past week. Jane reminded herself again to try not to freak Stacy out and headed up the walk. She knocked on the door and, after a short wait, a woman who looked to
“No it did not. Your haircut accented the green eyes, especially when you wore a paisley blouse.”
“Are you nervous for the plane ride?” I could see the worried lines growing in her
It was a sunny morning in California,it was also my 15th birthday.I got out of bed and did my morning routine. I opened my closet to chose what I should where today, I found a dress that was white until your stomach and then was purple with a flow free bottom.I matched some white flats with my dress and headed downstairs.I greeted my mom “Good morning mom.” I noticed that dad was nowhere near by. “Mom where's dad ?” “ Honey something urgent came up so your dad had to step out.How about we get some breakfast from dunkin.” I nodded my head so we stepped out the house. When we arrived I ordered a glazed donut, mom got herself a chocolate sprinkle donut and got dad a pumpkin spice donut. We finished up eating and headed home.
