Hey , I'm Morgan Chase and yes just like the bank. I'm from Los Angeles , CA also I'm 22 yrs old I'm the oldest of siblings.
The things I dislike :
- I hate bananas and peanut butter.
- I don't like doing things at the the last minute.
The things I like :
- I love doing anything that has to do with fashion.
- I love hangout with my friends and family when I have any kind of free time on my hands. I decided to go back to school to get my degree in Early Childhood Education. I love working with kids I feel like it's not a lot of good teachers out there willing to help kids learn more and understand how much school is important. So I'm willing to learn how to be a great teacher and change the way subjects are being taught.
Finally, my career moved back to teaching. It began with a substitute teaching and a long-term sub position as an EBD English Teacher. I found the experience to be very rewarding. I learned that there was a greater ability to get to know my students and a chance to make a more significant difference in students with special challenges.
Upon first entering college, I struggled deciding at such a young age what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Through babysitting and volunteering with pre-school aged children at my church and through a school program called STARS, it became evident to me I had a love for helping children. It fascinated me to see how they viewed the world around them and how quickly they learned new truths everyday. Nevertheless, I knew I would not get the full enjoyment interacting with children as a schoolteacher because the teacher to student ratio is so large. Classroom demands would make it much more difficult to devot individualized attention to each student, and I did not like that concept. So
I have always wanted to become a teacher. From playing school with my little sisters, to volunteering a summer camps and elementary schools, there is not better feeling, to me, than to know that I have helped someone to accomplish a goal and develop better as a person. I think that there is no better way to impact the lives of other people than to become a teacher. As a teacher, not only will be able to affect the lives of these students from day t day, but I can also make an impact on the life of each child and hopefully their family as well.
On May 2, 2012, the National Football League lost one of its elite players to suicide: Junior Seau. Seau played for the Chargers, Dolphins, and the Patriots during his professional football career and was a 12-time Pro Bowler before retiring in 2009. Three years after his retirement however, Seau committed suicide by shooting himself in the chest with a gun. This greatly shocked the football world and its image of Junior Seau as a person, but it soon realized the cause for his action. Shortly after Seau’s death, researchers examined Seau’s brain and found that it contained a disease known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy which is formed
For me, the decision to become a teacher is more of a way of life than a career. I have always loved school, practicing at being school marm from a young age, and voraciously devouring every shred of education offered me in my career as a student. If it were possible, I would be a student for the rest of my life. And then I still would not have learned enough. As a teacher, I hope to instill this appetite for knowledge in secondary students. They are, after all, the future leaders of the world, and what better place to expand the minds of the generations to come than here in Appalachia where education programs, especially the sciences, which I plan to teach, are poorly funded and children’s dreams
Teaching was very natural for me. I felt comfortable and confident working in all my classrooms. I was fortunate to have the support from all supervising teachers and they provided me guidance and knowledge as I continued to grow in the classroom. I couldn’t wait to go to college so I could focus on teaching every day and officially start my journey as a future
I elected to travel the Road to Teaching due to my passion to work with children. I worked 13 years with children who were in the foster care system. It was very rewarding to see the children who would beat the odds and do everything opposite of what the statistics predicted in their lives. I have also worked with children at my church for many years and it is so fulfilling watching these children grow up and pursing dreams and reaching their goals.
Becoming a high school teacher had always been the goal. As a young child and growing up with a multitude of siblings, children were my life. The aspiration stemmed from a desire to teach the next generation, to be a leader for the mind and guide them onto the next phase of their lives. I saw my favorite teachers do it with the kind of patience and discipline that only a teacher could have and after job shadowing Scott Hatfield, the social studies and current events teacher at Summit Academy North Muddle School, I realized that I am not fit for that lifestyle like I thought.

I wasn't sure at first at what I wanted to do, so I started getting involved with activities. These activities included becoming a teacher assistant at the lago vista daycare, as well as becoming a peer assistant for students with disabilities, and with these activities and working with the children and teens. It helped figure out what I had a passion for, and that is special education. I have learned a lot by being a peer assistant, i see how these teens with disabilities days go, what they enjoy, and what they struggle with. One of the students assist is nonverbal, and i believe my favorite part my day is coming to the class and helping him be like everyone else by helping him communicate, using his book, and by doing the activities everyone else in the class is doing. It makes me feel like i am making an impact in these students lives, and that's why I wish to study special education. So with that being said, I will be attending Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and major in University Studies to pursue a career as a Special Education
“Investing in resources, including training, strict policies, that include enforcement and meaningful consequences for lax application of procedures and the following of procedures, are critical to any effective effort associated with records management” (p. 75).
I have chosen to go into this field because I want to be one of those early childhood teacher that get children ready for important part of life. Having little cousins to watch growing up as well my own children and see them grow in their early education has shown me that I want to be part of that. I love the thought of being the first person to get the children started with their education by helping them along the way with fun filled classroom activities and games.
In the United States, starting salaries for teachers who have completed a four-year degree are far lower compared to many other professions, which also require a four-year degree. In most states, teachers must undergo testing and other rigorous certification requirements, but they are given the same consideration or status as beginning professionals in other areas. Although attractive incentives are offered, the compensation does not compare to the long hours of work and schooling required for a teaching career.
been working till today. I always had the dream of going back teaching since I adore kids and
I use data from the German Socioeconomic Panel administered annually from 1984 by the German Institute for Economic research (Wagner, Frick & Schupp 2007; Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP), 2017)). Starting 1991, GSOEP started including East German data. More than 10’000 individuals are resurveyed and asked a variety of questions concerning their education, employment, life satisfaction, family relations, etc. Each individual is also linked to a household, and household-specific questionnaires are also filled out annually. While the survey asks general questions, such as income and education level, on annual basis, other questions are asked once every couple of years or have only been asked few times to this date. This paper uses
