These days many of people have their own computer especially for university students because they will always need it to do the assignment from their lecturer and now we can find a computer in every house Some even have more than one. However, the problem is when the computer has been used over an extended period of time and sometimes get damaged due to age factor, and also computers can also be damaged caused by viruses as a result of misuse by the owner. If it has happened, it means that the owner t has to go to computer service center to clean up the virus otherwise they waste their computer although the best option is recycling in order to minimize electronic waste. Because According to the United Nations environmental program research data, there is an estimated 49 million metric tons of waste generated from electronic and computer products on an annual basis on a worldwide scale (epickup.co.nz, n.d.). And also, computer equipment contains materials that can be hazardous to human health and the environment if they are not properly managed (Northwestern.edu, n.d.). That is the reason why we need electronic recycle. Electronic recycling means the practice of reusing, or distributing for reuse, electronic equipment and components rather than discarding them at the end of their lifecycle.
