I think that that Customer C killed Fannin. The first piece of evidence that proves Customer C killed Fannin is that that the cash register had been rung up to 8.75 this is the exact total of Customers B, C, and D. This had to have been done before the murder, because the heel to toe footsteps that belonged to Ernie show that he walked to the cash register after mopping (footstep trail Y.) This was done before the robbery, because the only two reasons that he would’ve opened the register would be to either check someone out, or to give someone money during a stick up. We can tell that he wasn’t getting robbed, because the money’s still there. This allows us to rule out customer A. The second piece of evidence that proves that Customer C killed Fannin is that there was a right handprint on the wall. Common sense suggests that
Robert heard a gunshot, but a typically a New York city gun shot. Robert went straight down on the floor, and try to look up and see what’s happening. One of his co workers is being held by a guy in a mask. Looks like a M4 carbine in his hand. The women shouted for help, but everyone is screaming and trying to call 911. Robert noticing that his boss office is right next door, so he slowly crawling to the next door next to his office. Looking at his watch, it’s almost 5:00Pm on a Friday night. The man in the mask said: “If anyone in this office care for your blond friend, you will give me access to main BANK Account . And if you don’t give me your Account number, I will shoot her right in front of all of you guys and you will regret it. So which
The cashier stated that the couple had smelled like gas. She also asked them if they had been working on cars. The cashier stated that the couple did not answer the question, and they asked if they could have change for a $10. Robert then told the cashier to take all of the money out of the cash register. He pulled out a water bottle filled with gasoline and a lighter. He told the woman that if she did not give him the money, then he would light her on fire.
While patrol officers were clearing the residence to make sure there was no one left in the house there was a assault type rifle located in the bedroom located in the East end of the residence.
Walters was in his elevated bulletproof observation booth, built into the wall near the front entrance. He followed procedure and fired a tear gas cartridge, which hit one of the robbers in the back. Statements differ as to which one was hit. In any case, the tear gas gun jammed and Walters was out of the fight. One of the gang members sprayed the bulletproof glass with gunfire, shattering it but missing Walters. While one or two of the gang cleaned out the teller's cash drawers, another, probably John Hamilton, took bank cashier Harry Fisher to the vault. Tom Barclay, a bank employee, saw what was going on, retrieved a tear gas bomb from another office and threw it on the
The two drove to Kansas and entered the house while the family was sleeping. The funny thing was, Hickock and Smith were unable to locate the safe. It was not in the place that Wells
He stumbles upon a Black Man, and to peak his interest the Black Man, “told him of great sums of money buried by Kidd the pirate under the oak-trees on the high ridge, not far from the morass”(Irving 156). This shows the offer made by the “Devil”. Later, after Tom’s wife had disappeared in search of the Black Man, Tom went after her noticing she took all the valuables with her. He happened upon the Black Man once more and the devil offered him the treasure in exchange for him using it to become a usurer. The exchange was brief and the deal was closed with a handshake and an ecstatic uttering of the simple word, “Done”(159). Tom got the wealth he wanted. But he knew that he would end up spending the rest of eternity serving the devil so he became a violent churchgoer. One day, Tom was foreclosing a mortgage, and when he grew tiresome of the man stating he made too much money off of him Tom stated, “The devil take me, if I have made a farthing!”(160). Thus Tom got his wish and the devil took him never to be seen again. This shows how the deal ended poorly for Tom and demonstrates the final point of the
Lucas saw a male Hispanic enter the front door of the business at approximately 1850 hours. The suspect walked throughout the store and selected the above clothing. The suspect brought the clothing to the front register, where Lucas was working. The suspect placed the items onto the cash register table and retrieved, what was believed to be US currency from his pants pocket. The suspect reportedly gave Lucas four one hundred dollar bills to purchase the clothing, which totaled $362.69. Gold clearly exits the store without paying for the five items. Uliano provided a statement and DVD surveillance. The DVD surveillance was later entered into evidence at the Port Richey Police Department.

It seems like the guards might be lying because Tom became infamous. Seventeen bullets in Tom’s back seems extremely excessive for trying to run. Tom’s death affected a lot of people including his family “‘She just fell down in the dirt. Just fell down in the dirt, like a giant with a big foot just came along and stepped on her. This passage shows how Tom’s death affected his wife.
Robert Jackson, a man at the scene of the shooting, stated in an interview with Mr. Specter what he had seen when he had looked up at the School Book Depository right across from him. “I saw the rifle, or what looked like a rifle approximately half of weapon, I guess I saw. and just looked at it, it was drawn fairly slowly back into the building, and I saw no one in the window with it.” (Jackson). The School Book Depository was where Lee Harvey Oswald worked, giving him the ability to reach the window on the sixth floor. The last time Oswald was seen before the gun was shot was about thirty-five minutes beforehand. With boxes placed as a rest for shooting the rifle and a paper bag used to hold the rifle, Oswald was ready to commit an act that
Evan lives in a very chaotic household and has never really had and a stable home life. His step-father Mike is verbally and physically abusive. Mike consistently belittles Evan, while showing his daughter love and affection. I believe Evans behavior is a desperate cry for attention, love, and compassion. I also believe Evan never knowing his father is a factor in this. Mikes treatment of Evan comes from the treatment he received from his father, in reality Mike is just continuing a vicious cycle, and its very likely Evan will continue this cycle as well. I feel that Evan lacks all the skills to be a productive member of society given a little more love, affection, and positive reinforcement from his parents, in particular his
