Individual Research Contribution Why is the team of interest to you? As an avid Netflix addict, I have always been a fan of The Office. When our team needed to choose a team, we all decided that the team on The Office exemplified something we could portray well in our project. Throughout the television series, the show paints a picture of a team that on initial looks, seems unorganized, unfocused, and often immature and dysfunctional. As the show progresses, the team changes and grows. Throughout the seasons viewers notice the team actually has the best sales and is recognized by the corporate company. I plan to make an active effort to recognize the efforts amongst the team in an effort to better portray the humble role of the Ideal Team Player. In addition, I contribute ideas to the team which helps with the smarts area of the Ideal Team Member. As someone who is often eager to complete tasks, I am definitely a hungry team player. What do you anticipate being the strengths and weakness of your team (not the “extraordinary” team) I anticipate our team having strengths by being diversified by true colors, possessing communication skills, overall presence, as well as listening, and understanding to be some strengths of the team. I anticipate sidetracking to be the weaknesses of the team. Overall, I believe that our strengths as a collective team are extremely valuable and will help to guide us. Even if our weakness catches us, I believe we can still complete tasks in a timely manner showcasing quality work all while building and growing as team members.
