The film Inside Obama Presidency, is a documentary of how Obama presidency was in terms of how successful was Obama in making changes and fixing problems. Furthermore, how will historian rate the Obama presidency. However, that is not the only concern that the movie brought out. The other concern was how Obama struggled against the Republican opposition, Obama own inexperience and limitation, and sheer difficulty of the challenges any would have faced. Obama wanted to create a solution for closing the gap between African American and white America and Obama did this by creating policy that will benefit everybody living in America. It is shown that many Africans Americans are disproportionately benefitting from many laws, which are meant to help American citizens. The most common example is The Affordable Care Act, which reduces people who do not have insurance. Its full benefit has yet to be felt by African Americans, because several states in the South have declined to expand Medicaid. Obama emphasized the need for a strong Justice Department with a deep commitment to nondiscrimination in order to ensure that many African Americans right are protected and that laws will provide the same benefit to everyone. Obama was one of the few who was constantly active in supporting the community that is not having the same benefit as the other communities. Larry Summers who is an economic advisors wanted Barack Obama to take strong action against the bank, he suggested the idea of seizing a troubled bank. However, there was a divide on the ideas and suggestion among the president’s economic advisors. In Obama administration, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner requested Obama to take a more careful approach due to the high chance of creating a risk that would frighten off many independent investors due to the idea that the government is implement rules that will change the banks. Later, the top thirteen bankers of the nation were summoned to a room in the White House because Barack Obama wanted to have a word with them. As Obama comes in serious, the bankers are prepared to go along with what has to be done in order to fix this problem so they public can support America corporation. Also, historian will believe that having the bankers to participate in help reform the economy is considered a big achievement during Obama presidency because it started a process to stop the recession. However, the president had decided to wait on fixing Wall Street and took Timothy Geithner approach as well as not requiring any firm commitment from the bankers. During his first year of presidency he focused on fixing areas of the government President Bush failed to properly oversee; one being aspects of Bush’s war on terrorism. Obama began his destruction with the CIA; in regards to interrogation tactics, Obama dispelled secret memos hidden by the Bush administration, causing much controversy in the government. This incident brought much attention to other faults that occurred during the previous presidents reign.
President Barack Obama is know for remarkable events such as becoming the first African American president of the United States; however, not everyone knows about what else Obama has done. He is also an author who has written around twenty books including a memoir about his early life leading up to his life in law school, and a children’s book dedicated to his daughters. His most famous book Dreams From My Father, a memoir about his early life leading up to law school, is a prime example of what influenced him to write. There were many things that happened in Obama’s life that caused him to write. Things such as the segregation happening in the U.S at the time, his broken home and his feelings towards his absent father.
He is the first African American to in history to run on a major ticket. In the beginning of his campaign a lot of people questioned his authority and wanted to know could he handle the responsibilities of a president for such a big country. “ I want to know how deep is your love for the people, what kind of courage have you manifested in the stances that you have and what are you willing to sacrifice for. This is the fundamental question. I don’t care what color you are. You see, you can’t take black people for granted just cause your black”. Obama emphasizes the black community a lot more than any other community, along with, his speech was written after his former Reverend made racist comments. I, probably along with many others, may have taken this speech as a way for him not to look bad in the public eye.

Although the modern presidency is different from the framers’ design, they would approve of it, since the concerns that the framers had with the executive still have been prevented.
