A relational database is a database that consists of a collection of tables with columns showing entities, and rows showing data. This type of database uses a primary key and foreign key. The foreign key in another table will point to the primary key of a table, and this is how tables can relate to each other. This permits for one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many relationship between the data. An advantage of relational databases includes the ease of adding or modifying new tables and entities without needing to change the structure of the database already in place. Relational database have many features, including indexing, setting data type, and setting validation tests, all these help to ensure data integrity.
Integrity is stated as a fixed adherence to a code of mainly moral or creative values incorruptibility, an undamaged state of being, and the superiority or state of being broad or unbroken fullness. Those are a few types of integrity: integrity of judgement, and integrity in the work place. I would describe integrity as the way personnel handle themselves, with honesty and judgement to take the punishment brought on by knowledge thereof.

Integrity shows itself in many ways but the two bold aspects are staying power and getting outside of yourself. Staying power is being 100% committed long term for the interest of the company, not just for self evolved reasons like climbing the ladder to better your own career venture. Getting outside of yourself is the will to help others even when there is no personal gain involved.
There are multiple values that come to mind that I have a strong belief in, but there is one that I find extremely crucial to being successful in life. With any job that is taken, ethical principles are quite relevant when it comes to maintaining integrity. This is especially important in the role of management. The employees look to the person in the management role to provide that leadership and solutions when they are experiencing difficulties handling their day to day duties. If the manager is not handling their position as they should and using their ethics and morals when making decisions as it pertains to their role, it could lead the employees to do the same which could eventually lead the company down an unbecoming path.
