In order to remain innovative, it understands the value that the business wants to continue to create, and how it will be managed and operated. This innovative process needs to focus on activities that generate revenue, those that yield profit, and the value of the company, those areas that create strong stakeholder values (DeSai, 2011). Innovation is a word that draws attention, elicits excitement, and makes a company stand out. Innovation architecture can be described in the same manner, but it applies to ideas and products that already exist. Whenever a product is formulated or redesigned innovation is an important aspect. My interview took place with an employee of Wework, which is a company that has changed the atmosphere of how entrepreneurs meet and interact. My reflection will provide an overview of the company, what challenges I face with my current employer, and how I can foster an innovative culture within my own organization.

The emergence of technology continues to increase the need for more innovation and training in our firm. This seems to be a necessity more so due to the age base of not only our clients, but our staff. I am the youngest in my firm and tend to be the first adopter and trainer to others. For our clients being able to
These educational methods are more flexible on their content which make their creation and adaptation easier. (Noe, Tews, & Marand, 2013). Some issues and deficiencies existent within the team groups can be addressed through in-house training sessions like:
Staff training will be a prerequisite as the new operation system comes with a number of new features. For instance, their device guard features which the company has inbuilt into the system and the clients have the option to customize a majority of the features to suit their needs (Spring, 2015). One of the most important objects that today’s business depends on is training. Speed market requires that employees constantly learn new skills. Increasing dependence on collaboration creates a demand for the ability to solve problems in teams. The ability that regularly requires proper training. Leaders of innovation must imprint their DNA onto their organization to the extent that it resonates throughout the workforce. If a leader is able to successfully accomplish this task, the workforce will become an integral part of the innovative process within their organization. Former CEOs, Vineet Nayer of HCL Technologies, Steve Jobs of Apple and Jeff Bezos of Amazon are examples of leaders who were able to successfully utilize the five discovery skills described by Dyer, Gregersen, & Christensen (2011) to develop an innovative culture throughout their respective workforces in order to boost the overall innovation of their companies. Specifically, Nayer, was able to quickly surmise that his IT company was at risk of losing market shares, struggling to keep up with their competitors and were not prepared to face the changes that here taking place in the IT services industry at the time. The following paper will explore the global trends that influenced the need for Nayar to create a more innovative organization and the relationship between the global trends and Nayar 's role as a leader of innovation. In addition, the article will analyze Nayar’s use of the five discovery skills as an innovation leader and finally explore recommendations for better use of the discovery skills.
“Innovation usually discusses the altering or generating more effective developments, products and ideas, and can rise the possibility of a business get to the top. Businesses that innovate produce more effective work methods and have better output and performance. Innovation can be a promoter for the progression and success of your business, and help you adjust and grow in the marketplace. Being innovative does not mean inventing; innovation can mean changing your business model and adapting to changes in your environment to deliver better products or services. Successful innovation should be an in-built part of your business strategy, where you create a culture of innovation and lead the way in innovative thinking and creative problem solving.”
Fabian, Ike, and Alma (2014) discussed today’s competitive time, when business environment is changing very fast, technologies are constantly updated, and new skills are required on market; in order to meet business demands, we need to educate, develop new skills in our staff, either to make the best out of what we already have, by providing training within the company.
An effective approach to training is the beginning of an organization’s future. In many cases
In today’s dynamic business world, it is not enough for businesses to respond to the current customers and internal organizational issues. In order for businesses to survive, they must be able to anticipate and evaluate existing and emerging trends and develop ideas, products and services that respond to those trends. However, failing to identify and respond to trends can put the business at the risk of losing the existing customer base because innovation often determines who will be the market leader and who will be living on the margin of the market.
Tidd and Bessant (2009) argued that “Unless an organization is able to move into further innovation, it risks being left behind as others take the lead in changing their offerings, their operational processes or the underlying models that drive their business”.
Explain how the article builds on the seminal work of Oviatt and McDougall in their paper,.
The business environment, which the entrepreneur operates in, has varying impact on business performance (Ahmad et al 2010). Social norms are known to be one of the most significant factors within the business environment (Hong and Kacperczyk 2009). Owing to the fact that social norms differ across nations and cities, the level of entrepreneurial competencies influenced by culture can be assumed to be different. Therefore, a country comparison between the two countries, UK and Singapore, will be conducted using the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM).
