I took the Personality Test and my result was ISFJ. Introverted; this means that I draw energy from being alone. Being around people isn't the thing that makes me tick. I need to be alone or with a couple of good friends most of the time. Sensing; this means that I am action-oriented. I am more in the moment and focused on the here and now. Feeling; this means that I look at situations subjectively and I listen more to my heart. Judging; this means that I am organized, decisive and that I am firm in your beliefs. I take more time making decisions and once I do, I stay true to it. What surprised me the most is being a judger. I am incredibly indecisive and unorganized. I have a hard time making up my mind. I am never sure of what I want and it is like I need someone to help me decide on things all the time. …show more content…

Extraverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging (ENFJ) personality type describe me perfectly. I am very charismatic, caring, and I have always been a dreamer. I enjoy interacting with other; rather if it is just talking and sharing views with each other or me putting myself aside in order to be there for others. I am also very organized. Before making a decision I like to research and think about each option and what might come along with them. It also good to be too prepared rather than now prepared at all. Also I’m a big dreamer, for example: with my nursing degree I plan to explore the world of travel nursing as well as becoming an
The degrees that are best for INFP personality types are to be found in academic fields that embrace deep ideas, values and thoughts. INFP stands for introversion, intuition, feeling and perception.
According to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I am an ISTJ personality this means that I am an Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging person. ISTJ are very faithful, loyal and dependable. We are also reserved people who are interested in a secure and quiet life. ISTJ’s place importance in being honesty and can be trusted to do the right thing for their families and friends. There are some weaknesses to being an ISTJ personality we are stubborn, insensitive, and judgmental. This test is amazing it really nailed my personality.
One particular element I read when reading about the results of this indicator test was the ESFJ personality types works hard, see problems clearly and expects others to do the same. In nursing not everyone has the same personality and it is difficult for me when other nurses don’t have the same enthusiasm or flare to get tasks done. Also my personality demands structure and organization, not all personalities feel the same way. To improve my team performance, I need to remind myself to be respectful to other personalities, by not getting frustrated with others not performing the way I do. They just have different personalities.
The results of these tests told me a lot about myself. I found that I am an ESFJ: Extrovert, Sensor, Feeler, and Judger. I like to work with people and tangible things, and try to understand others, and make decisions and complete my responsibilities. My top intelligences are musical and linguistic, which means I have a good memory for words, music, and patterns.
After answering multiple questions for different situations I was able to obtain information about my personality. ENFJ is a very unique and has various skill sets that will allow me as individual to work in multiple roles. Occupations with good interpersonal skills that allow productive collaboration through any working process. Although this personality can be challenging it still has many benefits to help build careers successfully. There are many high rank positions that this particular personality type would be effective in. Some examples are sales, social services, community care, legal and the list goes on. In all of these roles there are a broad range of occupations that would fit perfectly based on the personality type. However, the ultimate focus is to reach their main dreams. Although they may see their selves as helpers or enablers, this creates the challenge.

“Encourage, lift and strengthen one another. For the positive energy spread to one will be felt by us all.” (Deborah Day) This describes the ESFJ personality in which fits my personality perfectly. Never taking one of these test left me very skeptical, but after finding information on it brought to my attention that most of the information does fit my personality. Every personality shows a lot about the type of person you are like your strengths and weaknesses. I believe this class will give me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge on how to grow as a better individual after learning more about myself.
After completing a personality test I have been classified as an Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging person (ISTJ). These four words represent my individual preferences in four dimensions characterizing my personality type. This personal could be described as an inspector who has a keen eye for what is right and what is wrong. ISTJ people know their responsibilities and are devoted to what they are doing. They run off a clock and always try to set goals of when their task should be completed. ISTJ’s can become really frustrated when other people fall through on their commitments. Although they are mad they tend to keep their feelings to themselves unless asked otherwise. They believe that truth is the key to everything. These people
The fact that stood out the most to me is Left brain processes in a linear, sequential, and logical manner. I do use information piece by piece to solve math problems or work out a science experiment. If a teacher or student is doing a problem and they skip a step to get to the answer it causes me confusion. I have to see and work out each and every step to get the correct answer. There was a lot of information is this self-assessment exercise that was not reflective of me such as left brain students have little
I also took the Myers Brigg personality test. The results told me I was an ISFJ. It stands for introvert, sensor, feeler, and judger. These people are loyal, devoted, and
The INTJ’s general temperament is a Rational or a NT. Rationals are logical, contemplative, and inquiring people (Keirsey, 1998, p. 164). They want to understand everything, and this mindset often makes them appear uninterested and detached from others. Despite this external appearance, Rationals do care, but they must intentionally focus in order to show their care to others. Overall, NTs are the world’s problem solvers who will happily spend
While being here at Mid-America Christian University and taking classes I have had the pleasure of taking this test more than once and each time my personality seems to have changed. The type of personality which was generated from this Jung Typology personality test identified me as being and ISFJ. It showed that I am an ISFJ Introvert (22%) Sensing (3%) Feeling (9%) Judging (56%). This assessment in looking at the results is a fairly accurate assessment of my personality. The personality type which is most consistence with my perception of myself would be that of being an “Introvert” which showed a 22%.
After taking a quiz about personality types, when my results came in it turned out I was a ESFJ. A ESFJ is a person who is more out-going, the love hanging out with people, always in the crowd. ESFJ are altruists, they will be take helping out people very seriously. When ready the articles on ESFJ a lot of the things applied to me. I thought it was really cool how some of the famous people I knew since a little girl had the same type of
My personality test resulted ENTJ (commander). This personality type is a rare but fitting result that perfectly describes me. This test provides feedback that helps identify elements of my decisive personality that may be strengths or weaknesses. Many factors such as instincts, family dynamic, experience and life span forge the traits of this personality. Just as many famous military leaders of the same personality type, I prevail during stressful times due to careful planning and a disciplined achievement based approach to achieve the long term goal.
