After reviewing his lunch menu, Jordan attempted to navigate to the first item on his list. Jordan needed a gesture to locate the first item and a partial physical prompt to locate the next item. When finished shopping, Jordan located an open line and began to stock the belt with his items. When paying for his groceries, staff provided a partial physical prompt to help Jordan swipe his card. Staff helped Jordan pack the remaining items of his gym bag and then headed to the YMCA. Jordan got dressed and began his workout at the YMCA. Staff provided social and edible reinforcement when Jordan was on the treadmill and exhibiting positive behavior. Jordan had a few stops and was encouraged to continue his workout. While reading “Jordan’s End” by Ellen Glasgow’s, I could feel a gothic, dark and cruel feeling going throughout the story which was reflected on few things in this setting. Ellen Glasgow’s story deals and talks with the South but more importantly she wants to break from the usual south writing, the writer wanted to show the readers the true South form not the sweet usual good talk about the South. James continues to miss schedule session with MHSS provider .During this quarter, James participated in one grocery session. James missed few grocery sessions with both MHSS providers. Again, James prefers to do grocery shopping once every two weeks and sometimes he would do grocery shopping once every month. The reason behind it was mainly because he wanted to save funds. In addition James managed to purchase healthier nutrition while grocery shopping. James would always purchase food that would benefit his health.
Christopher was engaged in conversation with CM. CM asked Christopher about his training with Project Clean (Wells Life Network) on 03/05/2018. Christopher replied "that it was OK. I go there Monday- Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, but I have to leave the house at 8 am". CM applauded Christopher for using time management by leaving the house 2 hours before his start time, by ensuring he gets to work for 10am. Dr. I. King Jordan was on June 16, 1943 in Glenn Riddle, Pennsylvania. Glenn Riddle is a small town near Philidelphia. Dr. Jordan’s parents were hearing parents and he didn’t have anybody in his family at all that was deaf. Dr. Jordan and his wife, Linda, currently live in West River, Maryland. He used spoken language until he joined the Navy after high school and became deaf. He then learned sign language and used ASL. While he was in the Navy, he was in a very serious motorcycle accident. During the late 1820s, America began to push for the removal of Indians living in the east. Newly elected president, Andrew Jackson, was given the opportunity to sate this desire, while also securing the popular favor. His address to congress on December 8, 1829, was made in an effort to persuade them allow this ‘removal’. Although the primary goal was to remove ‘troublesome’ tribes, it is implied that Jackson only wanted to remove those who weren’t slave-owning and/or cotton producing Indians who traded with the US. Writer utilized open ended questions to gain feedback on Jermaine’s readiness. Jermaine reported needing assistance researching transportation. Writer assisted Jermaine in exploring bus schedules. Writer and Staff accompanied Jermain to UCC to obtain transportation information from UCC's information desk. Writer assisted Jermain in locating the bus stop and identifying bus route schedules.

Joseph responded well to verbal cues and demonstrations during the month of April. At each appointment, Joseph usually has an idea of where he would like to visit in the community. This month Joseph enjoyed visiting a variety of places in the community such as; Dunkin Donuts, Tops, Wegmans, Ernie Davis Academy, Champions, the library, the mall, Rossi Lanes, and multiple parks. As Joseph visited these places, he did well communicating with others, but did need a few reminders to be appropriate. Joseph would alter his behavior once staff gave verbal prompts and the action was acknowledged.
