I have spoken with the coach there and there are only two offensive linemen on the team, so ninth graders will be filling those spots; in 2A that would be fine, Fair plays football in 5A and has one of the hardest schedule in the state (those kids are going to be more vulnerable to injuries) "Many freshmen athletes who are between 14 and 15 years old are probably not ready to physically confront or battle 17- and 18-year-old athletes.
Jones, who happens to be a superb athlete with a caring heart and a good sense of humor. T.J. has been through plenty of trouble and issues in his life and he’s only in high school. Although T.J. is a standout athlete, he has always rejected Cutter High School’s athletic teams because “something inside me recoils at being told what to do, and that doesn’t sit well with most coaches, who are paid to do exactly that.” But he is all of a sudden given a spark when his favorite teacher asks him to start up a swim team at the school, something the school has never had; they don’t even have pool. Now, Cutter High School is known for the privileged, good-looking, white, male jocks running the school. He faces several problems along the way, including anger from the coach and the athletic department. But there’s beauty in the struggle and along the way, these guys come out of their shells and start to reveal their true selves. They are not just the labels that the jocks have placed on them, they are

My high school education at Cedar Bluff School has provided me with the knowledge to take on any career with a considerable understanding. In the ninth grade, my family purchased a restaurant. From then on, my time outside of school changed, for owning a business leads to long work hours throughout the week. In high school, I managed to play sports, maintain a high grade point average, and work at our family business. In high school, I decided to end my career in baseball, focusing primarily on playing football. In my early years of varsity football, I continued at the position of quarterback; however, my junior year, I was moved to wide receiver. Although I had put so many years of practice into being a quarterback, I enjoyed playing receiver

Damian spends every possible second at the park or in the gym. Damian is a hard worker, coach-able, and compassionate, and humble.
Cody Burk’s cleats sank into the thick, black mud as he watched the center place his muck-covered fingers along the while laces as he gripped the ball. The Morrisonville Quarterback looked across the line and knew the five-foot-seven inch linebacker would blitz as soon as he called “hike.” It wasn’t that Cody was bigger than the rest of the players on the brown and black stained fields at Hawk Hallow Middle School. He was average height, average weight, but Cody Burk was probably the most athletic kid on either side of the ball. But that wasn’t what scared the Morrisonville Quarterback. It was the look on Cody’s face. It was something he’d never seen. In that one glance, the Quarterback truly believed that Cody was going to hurt him. That’s
