Henry Ou, Derrick Kwok, the President and the Vice President of Air & Sea Travel Center also serves as Tour Director of our company who would plan, organize, and conduct short-distance, long-distance travel, tours, and expeditions for individuals and groups. Mr. Ou and Mr. Kwok have experiences of planning and organizing trips, make sure everything runs according to the itinerary and make sure our valued clients safe and enjoy the trip. To be a successful Tour Director, personal skills and qualities are often more important than formal qualification. In memorable trip, our clients expect not only what they are going to visit, eat, and play, but also the excellent “people” skills of our Tour Directors who would bring them happiness, surprises, and make sure that arrangements for the group to run as smoothly and enjoyably as possible since the tourism industry is characterized by high-contact services in which co-creation of clients plays a major role (Grissemann & Stokburger-Sauer, 2012). Joylyn, Ina, and Phoebe are responsible for organizing and setting up the tour by making reservation for hotels, restaurants, cruises, gate tickets, and more. In most of the time, they would make a reservation earlier and deliver special requests to the service provider from the client in order to have availability to everyone in the group and make our client feel that they are valued because we listen and we care.
I am drawn to the thought that vacationing is a way of making everlasting memories, in addition to encountering many diverse cultures around the world.
Tourism programs need to include and design programs who can let the families to participate and join in together and experience the deep cultures
The average vacation brochure presents images of sandy beaches, luxury hotels, massages at spas and leisurely dinners. Traveler's recline in a world insulated from local cultures with rest and relaxation being their focus. On the other hand, adventure travel often entails adrenalin spiked, curiosity driven activities that test personal endurance with peaceful interludes embracing nature and learning about other cultures. Adventure travel often takes participants to foreign lands, but North America's residents can visit the Four Corners Region of the United States and discover cultural and athletic adventure travel at their fingertips. They need no passport to touch a sovereign nation's rich history.
Ahmed Zewali, “In the Middle East, it is clear that peace will never be reached without solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. A two-state solution must be found and enforced.” This quotation means that war is a continuous thing between Israel, and Palestine, and peace is an unsolved topic. This quotation relates to the stories Refugee-land from Palestine written by Joe Sacco, and Persepolis written by Marjane Satrapi because they both relate towards the Middle East conflicts. Both Refugee-land from Palestine written by Joe Sacco, and Persepolis written by Marjane Satrapi have many similarities and differences.
According to the 2012 International Vacation Deprivation Study, commissioned by travel service company Expedia1, more than 30 percent of Americans did not use all their vacation days. One of the major reasons Americans leave vacation days unused is the fear of losing their jobs. However, vacations are beneficial, not only to workers mental and physical health, but to their companies and to the American economy as well.
As mentioned by Rimmington & Morrison (2009), the assistance from different parts of the world presents a new and diverse outlook for future research including theoretical innovations and revelations, cultural and environmental aspects, tourist destination and other ecotourism and recreational aspects of tourism and hospitality industry (Brotherton,

A controversial issue in the United States as of recently is should the death penalty be allowed or not. The death penalty or capital punishment, is the punishment for a severe crime by way of death. As of July 1, 2015, the death penalty is used in thirty one states in the United States. The main states with it are in the south and Midwest and the states without it are up north. This is very controversial in the United States at the moment. The death penalty should be banned from the United States because it is wrong morally and it gives criminals an easy way out for crimes they should have to do their time for.
14 Days of relaxation along the beaches of the Bahamas. With parties, waterparks, hiking and every other kind of activity who wouldn’t want to go on that family vacation?
As a child I was lucky enough to have this experience with my family but I may not have had this opportunity if it wasn 't for growing up in the middle class. Vacations are very expensive, especially when they are only a week long and families spend thousands of dollars on them. That would be a lot of extra money for families to come up with, especially families who aren 't in the higher low class or middle class and "annual income per adult averages between $18,000-$30,000 per year."(Cliffsnotes) Not having those vacation experiences would be a huge loss and I wouldn’t have had some of my best childhood experiences with my family.
We are working very hard with tourism businesses across England to maintain this momentum, and to ensure that the industry can benefit from the opportunities presented by the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, the Torch Relay and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is an unprecedented year – it is our job to inspire Brits that now is the time to take a holiday at home.”
A well-known issue, right now, in the USA is that of the legalization of marijuana. This controversial topic is on the minds of our entire country. Whether or not to legalize marijuana has been a nation wide debate for years. In this informative speech I will be discussing only facts and opinions. Opinions and facts will come from organizations such as The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, Marijuana Legalization Organization and the Drug Policy Alliance. Marijuana Legalization is an issue because there are so many individuals using the substance illegally. These individuals feel that Marijuana is not a harmful substance and can serve to profit states that legalize it.
Spending quality time with family is one of my favorite childhood memories, whether it was spending time outdoors, playing ping pong, or watching a movie. My most meaningful family memory came from our vacation to Colorado back in 2004; yes, 2004. Although I don’t remember all of the events that transpired, I’m able to recall most of the memorable events that took place. It was a cool, misty morning in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and I could distinctly hear the unmistakable elk calls that echoed through the mountains. The breeze gently scraped my face as I got into the car to begin the first day of our family vacation in Colorado. I could hear the car tires gently humming on the road during this cool, foggy, Colorado morning. As I looked past the lanky pine trees, glistening drops of dew formed on the tall grass, dancing with the wind. As we moved further down the road, I could see the tip of the sun barely begin to peek over the steep, snowy mountain peaks; however, the sun was soon covered by the misty Colorado clouds. This was it: our family vacation!
There are certain memories that we have that we can remember like they happened yesterday. Many of those memories that have special meaning to me were of family vacations when I was young growing up with my brothers and sisters. Family memories are important to many of us because they take us back to a time or place that was special. One particular family vacation I remember vividly, and it’s a story I have shared with my kids on many occasions. Over the 40 or more years since that memorable vacation, I still smile and think how lucky I was growing up with a mother and father that did everything to give their kids an unforgettable memory.
