Dear, Aunt Lousie.
Thank you for recommending the book, 'Eleanor and Park,' to me, I throughly enjoyed reading this book as well as getting to know the characters.
I must say that this book blew me away. After I read it, I genuinely contemplated re-reading it, this book mesmerized. From the first page, I knew I would love this book, the realistically molded characters flaws made sure I could identify with them, this book in truth helped me with fitting in.
This book was phenomenal, and definitely was your reccomendation, thank you so much.
Love,
I loved this book so much. There is so much action and is so much better and exciting with so much amazing detail and description. This is one of my favorite books ever. When you read it, you don’t want to put it down and it makes you feel like you are with the characters in the book and you know them so well. I recommend this book to anyone who can read at this level.
I really rooted for her to save her brother and was surprised at at all the plot twists. The varying point of views can be a somewhat confusing but as the novel progresses, it helps the reader piece together the story. I really liked how the point of views all tied together in the end too. The characters are all very realistic and have their flaws, which helps the reader relate to them. One of my favorite quotes of the book is “Cruelty isn't a personality trait.
When I found out that I had to read and write a paper prior to our first summer class, I was not too thrilled. However, once I began to sit down and immerse myself in this book, I did not find myself putting it down anytime soon. To be honest, I have not read anything like this book before. The work definitely struck me, raised questions, and made me think a lot outside of this book.
After reading the book I will say that I enjoyed it a lot more than what I thought I was. I honestly didn’t feel like it had a lot of weaknesses to it. With that being said I felt that the book had a few strengths that stood out about it. One of the first things that stood out about it was the style that the book was written. I felt that it was well written in context and in style. I love the style that he wrote for his chapters. Like most books this book had names in its chapters. I know that doesn’t sound special but I felt like the names of the chapters flowed with what the chapter. I felt when reading the book that I was reading a book within a book because every chapter was a little different in its own way.
This book is a very good book. It is not one of my favorite books, but it is in, or somewhat close to, the top ten list. It has an intriguing story and has some humor in it to make sure that it isn’t all mellow.
It is scary when you don’t know anybody and have to try to make new friends. Many of your young childhood friends will stay with you for a lifetime. Today, I am still friends with many of my oldest friends. They have become like family. I want to say that this novel is a great way for people to see how somebody from a diverse population lives. It is a great book from the view of somebody living a completely different life than I have lived. I think it was very well written and is easy to read. This makes it a great teaching tool for children of younger age groups or college students as well. I read this entire book at one sitting because it kept my interest the entire time. I couldn’t wait to see what
I think the book appeals to everyone who has ever felt rejected, castaway, or uncertain whether their family or friends would accept them if they knew what really goes on under the surface.
The characters bring a riveting story to life when reading. Throughout the book, I felt emotions left and right for the characters and what they were going through. There is a lot of mystery and questioning that will be answered later in the book, but once its done, there are still many questions being asked. when I look for a book, that is something that stands out to me because I really want to read more, and when you have that reaction to a book, that means it was worth reading. I found this book remarkable because of the behaviors, characteristics, and decisions that the characters make, and I recommend this book to everyone, even if they don’t like to
This novel taught me alot. I loved all of the concepts but practice and purpose had the most effect on me. I will continue to use them in life and never forget
I believe that this was a pretty decent book, at times it was boring and
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is the second book of the classical fantasy series, The Chronicles of Narnia. This novel was written by the very popular, C.S Lewis and was published during the year 1950 in England. C.S Lewis was an irish writer and scholar. The reason behind this novel is extremely interesting. At the age of 16, C.S Lewis found himself frequently imagining "a Faun carrying an umbrella and parcels in a snowy wood."
I read Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery. This book is about a young orphan child, with a never-ending imagination, named Anne. Anne has been taken in and out of orphanages all her life. Until, one day Matthew Cuthbert and his sister, Miss Marilla Cuthbert, are interested in having a young boy to live with them. They called the orphanage and told them to send the child on the train. He goes to the train station to pick the child up, but to his surprise he found Anne. Anne tells Matthew how she imagines living there would be like. She was so set on staying that Matthew just couldn't leave her at the train station. He takes her to his house, and while on the journey, Anne is enjoying every moment of the beautiful flowered valleys.
This book was very eye opening. It explained things I didn’t know happened to others like Liam (Luna). The book was interesting to read and i’m glad I got the chance to read it. It was an exceptional book. This book overdid my expectations. I really liked how throughout the whole book, it all felt realistic and that this could happen one day, even the ending. I liked the choices the author made and wouldn’t change it for a thing. It was that great of a

I am not someone who enjoys reading, but this book really drew me into in and got me to love it. The book, Eleanor and Park, by author Rainbow Rowell has taught me many things while reading it. The two main characters as you can probably guess from the title would be Eleanor and Park. Eleanor is someone who has definitely not had the best childhood. When she is faced with a new school, she meets someone who would ultimately change her life. Park on the other hand has had an overall more well rounded childhood. In the story, Eleanor and Park, by Rainbow Rowell the two main characters Eleanor and Park would change each other's’ lives. Eleanor has a huge impact towards the story, she shows that even when life is hard you can’t give up, stays true to herself and learns to love.
