On August 29, 1979, the day after Ron Reyes joined them on drums, replacing Johh Stielow, The Tourists changed their name to Red Cross. A few days later, the reformed band went into a recording studio for their first time, together with Joe Nolte, leader of The Last, who produced the session at Media Art Studios in Hermosa Beach, California on September 6, 1979. However, when Red Cross went with Posh Boy Records, Robbie Fields didn't like the Nolte recordings, and made most of the songs were redone. Only one of the cuts from the Nolte session would be later released. The "Rich Brat" song was featured on Life Is Ugly So Why Not Kill Yourself, a compilation issued in 1982 on New Underground
The band signed with Roadrunner Records in 1999 and re-released their once-independent album The State. The band achieved commercial success with the release of their 2000 album The
Life is Beautiful (1997), directed by Italian director Roberto Benigni follows the story of Guido Orefice, a carefree Jewish-Italian man, whose life is catapulted into chaos when he and his family become victims of the holocaust. In an attempt to shelter his son from the harsh reality, Guido convinces him that the camp is merely a game with the prize being a tank. Throughout the entire movie, Roberto Benigni helps convey the overarching theme of the importance of family through a variety of cinematic techniques such as conversational shots and a vast range of less prominent themes such as sacrifice also helps enforce the central theme of family.
All three of these songs were singles included on the first album. While mainly known for their incredible music, Weezer also created interesting music videos to accompany their sounds. In the music video for Buddy Holly (notably, the music video that is considered to be the primary impetus for their widespread fame and success), the viewer is completely transported back to the set of Happy Days, right in the middle of Arnold’s diner. Along with the song being particularly catchy, this set was a smart move on their part, because they brought a certain familiarity and understanding to the masses: people knew and loved Happy Days, and so this leap backwards in time as well as a catchy, well-written musical accompaniment made for a very tangible, realistic context for the song. The music video for Undone—The Sweater Song, then, provides an interesting juxtaposition to the images of Buddy Holly, in that it portrays something very realistic, but in a very different way. On a stage, in front of a blue background, the entire band is seen performing the song whilst dogs run about, and a few of the band members even take to the floor with the dogs. In this situation, the viewer is also subjected to a very real situation, but this one is more real in terms of the feelings and thoughts of Cuomo. Just as this song is presented as a chaotic “stream-of-consciousness”, so too does this chaos and confusion

As the Split Enz era came to an end, Neil went on to form a band with Australian Paul Hester, Nick Seymour, and Craig Hooper called The Mullanes. After the departure of Hooper, the band changed its name to Crowded House, a name that reflected their crowded home in Los Angeles. With a number 2 song hitting the charts in the US, “Don’t Dream It’s Over,,” the band fell into becoming a one hit wonder in the US. Yet in other parts of the world, they managed to release another album that reached critical

“Stopping by the woods”, and “live like you were dying” both have similarities. They are the same because there is stuff in the song that relates to stuff in the poem. Both stories talk about not giving up, and to keep trying. Both the song and the story talk about living life to the fullest. Both talk about taking adventures and taking risks.
The existence of evil in the world seems to make it impossible for us to have a meaningful life. In fact, Dostoevsky argues that evil is utterly unacceptable and that the suffering it brings a¬bout can never be justified. Is Dostoevsky’s argument unconfutable or do you believe that the meaning of life in the world can still be rescued even in the face of radical evil?
Many people who develop addictions with dangerous drugs such as heroin and cocaine have started somewhere smaller. Marijuana is a common street drug and there is lots of controversy around it. There are several arguments about its use, and one of them is whether it is a gateway drug.
What would you do if you were caring for a child whose condition would eventually kill them, but the parents wanted you to try every treatment? In the article “When Living Is a Fate Worse Than Death” by Christine Mitchell, the main point consists of this very question. The choice that hospital staff sometimes must make between keeping a child alive knowing that their condition will eventually take over or trying every procedure in an attempt to keep them alive. I believe that Mitchell does a great job in stating her claim favoring the side that a child with an illness that would, in time, take their life should be allowed to die peacefully rather than enduring painful procedures and bouncing between home and hospitals.
There are many reasons that cause people to do bad things: many people do not want to draw the attention to themselves, often, it is easier to follow the crowd, and sometimes people find themselves caught in a tradition.

Thesis: While Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, I believe That Suicide is wrong.
People always said that suicide was the coward's way out and I can neither agree nor detest this. Personally, I feel that people who commit suicide are more courageous than others because it is simple to purposefully hurt others but it is harder to purposefully hurt oneself. On the other hand, in a way, it is simpler to end things now than to go through a life of misery. My parents use to tell me that committing suicide is a sin. I wasn’t exactly sure why this was true for them but I feel that it had to do with their belief that every life is meaningful and to end a life before its time is
