The way people express emotions is very important in their lives, it can improve or destroy many interpersonal relationships. In the book “ Looking Out, Looking in” it talks about how people express emotions to one another, the book says the most important parts of expressing emotions are recognizing your feelings, expand your emotional vocabulary, share multiple feelings, know when to express feelings, and be mindful of the communication channel. Recognizing your feelings when expressing emotions is very vital to being a good communicator.
