I am IC3 certified and have great knowledge of Microsoft suites. I use Microsoft suites often, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and excel I use multiple times a day. Technology has many different components and knowing these components are crucial to business today. Every business needs people who understands technology and can properly work it. 4. Answer the question, “What is your greatest weakness?” as if you are in a job interview. Write a paragraph explaining the steps you are taking to improve in that area. My greatest weakness would be that sometimes I procrastinate. My first year in community college I procrastinated constantly on turning in my assignments. After my first year, I decided I needed to stop procrastinating because it affected my work and caused me more stress. My second year in college I looked at deadlines and planned when I would work on certain subjects. By planning my time, I have gotten better as far as not procrastinating as much as I use to. Now that I am in my final year I have planned better on my assignment and know how much time I have to complete a certain task which helps
After taking the assessment, I learned that my five greatest areas of weakness are: Seeking support from others, Retaining written information, Time-management skills, Management and leadership of people and Creative-problem solving (Bethel University, 2014). When taking a closer look at my areas of weakness, I was able to see that my many of my weaknesses are similar because they have to do with the confidence that I lack. For example, take seeking support from others or management and leadership of people. I have issues with
Pick two to three competencies from the listing for which you feel you currently need improvement, and describe why you feel that way.
I have a few weaknesses when it comes to school. One of my weaknesses is nervousness. I tend to get nervous when it’s time to take a test. Another weakness is thinking I will not succeed. I am always afraid that I will fail, and not move forward. I seem to always second guess myself when it comes to writing a paper or speaking in front a room full of people. I am working on each of my weaknesses.
My strengths are my self-confidence, determination, organization, and ability to prioritize. Balancing an overloaded school schedule, upwards of 24 credits in a semester, maintaining excellent grades, raising a toddler, and volunteering are demonstrative of my greater fortes. In terms of weaknesses, public speaking has always been difficult for me, as well as networking. I have branched outside of my comfort zone, engaged in volunteer opportunities, student organizations, and clubs as an effort to improve upon this.

Two other weaknesses are time-management and organization. These two goes hand in hand and I realized that I suffer tremendously from lack thereof and have found multiple solutions to help enhance these weaknesses as I expressed in the IDP. I feel these two will be challenging as well because I realize that organization at work is limited. It is much more of filling in the gaps and
One of my weaknesses are meeting my bench marks. I have a tendency of falling behind. Its really hard for me to keep everything up. And another weakness I have is don't seek challenges. I don't put myself out there when I’m in the classroom. I don't push myself like I need
I am a reliable person with honest heart and a good listener, like to help others, hungry for knowledge, solution provider, best in manner, fast learner, the habit of working under pressure, and best of all understands the 100% Customer satisfaction is the first priority, I am confident that I have the qualifications required to become a beneficial member of your team.
2) My second weakness would be time-management which is connected to my first weakness. I sometimes feel like I am able to squeeze tasks into a limited and unreasonable amount of time. This occasionally results in me being late for meetings
Everyone has a weakness and mine happens to be learning from mistakes and experiences. The way that I typically learn is by making a mistake and
The answer should never ever be your actual weakness, then again, everyone has weaknesses. Your response should be some form of your strength portrayed as a weakness. I went with my obsession for perfection and how it causes me to take more time to complete even the mundane of tasks. The quirkiest answer I have come across was by none other than Abhirup Bhowmick, who casually said his handwriting was his biggest weakness but thank God that he has to type code and not write it (although I am not sure if he actually ever used this, so a word of caution if you plan to use this one, it might not go down well depending on the interviewer!). You should think about your own personality and then come up with a response. The opposite of this question, "strengths", might also be tricky in the sense that I have seen people cram up every cool adjective they can find in their response. Do not do this! If you say that you have some strength, it is a good practice to be ready with an example which you can cite. It might very well be your next
You can be at times crippling because I get myself worked up over the smallest issues that on the grand scheme of things don’t really matter. Also, It gets in the way of me expanding my social circle because I worry about what people think. Another weakness I have is I am not the best at wording things when I talk. Sometimes this causes a huge miscommunication and sends out mixed signals. The final weakness that I can really notice about myself is that I sometimes get easily frustrated and completely shut down. This causes task that shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to take an hour or so. This has set me back multiple times throughout my college career. However, I do have some strands that are clear to me that I feel outweigh my weaknesses. First I am able to be very empathetic, this allows me to understand where people are coming from so I can handle situations as correctly as possible. Also, I have a great sense of humor so I am very easy to get along with because I can find the humor in them a lot of different things it means in general I can make situations a lot happier with
My recommendation on how to answer the weakness questions would be to first identify my weaknesses and surround it around the positive skills that you will used in critical situation (Stahl, 2016). I will tell the interviewer how this has been a challenge for me in the past. I would outline the improvement that will explain the details of my weakness. I will show concepts of different projects that highlight the steps that you have taken to improve my weaknesses. Even though the question is about my weakness, I would stay focus on the positive aspects of my skills and explain that I have the skills for the job I am applying for.
Time Management - I find myself to be a poor time keeper, and my general awareness of time could be better.
Also, understanding other people’s perception of you speaks high volumes of your personal brand and can help make you a successful leader. “View your personal brand as a trademark; an asset that you must protect while continuously molding and shaping it. Your personal brand is an asset that must be managed with the intention of helping others benefit from having a relationship with you and / or by being associated with your work and the industry you serve” (Llopis, 2013).
