I have a lot of heroes, but the most important hero to me would be my mom and dad. They are always there for me whenever I need them. When I am sick they make me smile, and that always me feel better. My parent are very caring people and their main priority is taking care of my brothers and me. They are there to support me, no matter what it is. They are always up to something and it always involves hard work, and most of the time they always get it done.
Throughout life a person experiences many obstacles, challenges, and hardships; sometime we face them alone, afraid, and at times confused. However, there always seems to be one individual that we seek for guidance, for inspiration, or to simply to save us from our troubles. To some they

All the qualities they have as a person I hope one day and I can have the same and be just like them. My parent makes me feel like the most important person in the world, because I know they would do anything for me in heartbeat if I was in need or hurt. Words cannot even express the love I have for them, and how blessed I am to have such an amazing parent. They have always taught me to love myself, and to be proud of who I am. My parent has always said that you should do whatever makes you happy and be the best person you can. They are my hero for more than just a few reasons. They have been by my side for 17 years now and I know there are many more to come. Nothing will ever compare to how much they have impacted my
One of the most important heroes would be my parents. They have done so many things for me, the’ve gave me food, clothes, and a place to live. I remember that we lived with my three uncles in a trailer because we had no other place to live. I would sleep in a little bed with my mom when I was born, and my dad would sleep in another bed. There were only two rooms so we were really crowded. That is really sad, imagine yourself living with three men that were really gross, like I mean gross. But I was still a happy kid.
My hero is Vesta Colvin, also known as my Mom. She is my chosen hero because she didn't just make sacrifices for me, she's made them for virtually our whole family. My mother is the youngest of two, but due to certain circumstances she had to relinquish that role. Her role as the youngest had to be relinquished because my aunt decided to start having kids at about 14 years old and that forced her to grow up faster than she should’ve
Everyone in the world has someone they look up to and want to be just like them one day. Everyone has different opinions about who a true hero is. My personal hero is my dad, David Laetzsch. My dad is my favorite person in the world because he is always there when I need him the most and I don’t know where I would be today without him. He has helped get me to the great life I have now and I am forever thankful for all he does for me. Nobody could ever compare to my father. He is the most caring, loving and genuine person I know even if he doesn’t show it sometimes, and that is why he is my hero.
Heroes come in many different forms. Heroes can be anyone, they can be your, mom, dad, sister, brother, etc. My hero is my best friend Sarah Watt. She’s kind, sweet, honest, and caring. We became friends because of the nice thing she done for me and I’ll never let it go.
Many of you have people in your life that influence you in different ways, to help you make decisions and to help you in your journey through life. Others of you have people you see for merely a minute or two but they do something that impacts you for the rest of your life. Many people call people like that heroes, even though the people who are influencing you and helping you will never feel as though they have done anything that is worth the title "hero". For me personally the person that I would consider my hero would be my youth leader at church, Stephanie. She has inspired me to do many things to help other people as she has helped me. Some of the different ways that she has showed heroism is in the way she goes on mission's trips all around the world to help other people. People who are less fortunate and are in need of help. She has helped me in other ways as well, by showing me how to be a good role model to the other girls in my youth group, how to show leadership with the people around me and to get out of my comfort zone and engage myself in activities that I normally would avoid.
My parents are my heroes, and they inspire me everyday. Migrating to the US a year before I was born, they traded a comfortable life in Vietnam to work long hours at low wages in America in order to give their children unimaginable opportunities. Growing up, I was not aware of the sacrifices my parents made, but knowledge of them now gives me all the reason to be forever grateful for them and everything they make possible. I can never fully repay my parents, but I can do them right by doing the best with all I have got.
The person who I consider to be a hero is my mom, FBI Special Agent Jill Stillman. She is more than a typical mom because she protects and serves our country everyday, but first makes sure to be up at 6:00am to wake me and my brother up so we can dress, eat breakfast and get to the bus stop. She always puts us first before herself along with my two dogs and cat and then she gets ready for work. I consider her a hero because after the 9/11 attacks, she helped capture and eliminate Osama Bin Laden. She has investigated criminal and counterterrorism cases and early in her career, she found evidence against the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing subject Tim McVey to send him to prison. She has been a Special Agent for 25 years and volunteered to go
A hero can be at the burning house physically helping put out the fire, down the street putting their life on the line to catch the convict, or in the closest church spreading the word of their religion and how it has affect their life. Everywhere you go you can always find a hero nearby. The one that is like family to me that I consider a hero is my elementary teacher. She is there for anyone at any time. Starting at a young age, she was not always the best or brightest person around. She has told stories of the things that she has done and the trouble that she and her friends use to cause. In her late teens she decided this would not be the type of person that she wanted to be and decided to change the way that she was behaving. She started going to church and found programs that helped her change her way. After a while she started to reach out to her old friends and eventually got a few of them to change with her. After a while of this she decided she needed to help more people and more families and not just the friends and family that she knows best. She started to go to college and became a teacher that way every year she could help out at least another twenty kids and their families. For the past 48 years she has continuously helped out these families year after year. She has also reached out even farther and has helped children out by being a foster parent. Almost every year she would be given a child or two and has had to raise the kid for the year until someone was able to properly give them a home. Many of these children had mental problems from being switched in and out of homes and once she got them she was able to fully understand them and help them out tremendously, then after a couple months they were able to find a permanent home where she would send them and then get her next child. Time after time this was done and she has help more than a dozen children get through this and at the
What comes to mind when I think of a hero would indubitably be first responders such as police, firefighters, EMT, etc. They save thousands of people every day. The heroes you don’t usually think about are athletes. Kids could define their favorite baseball or basketball player as a hero because they are so cool and they hit a lot of homeruns. But a real reason
Flames are coming out of every opening in a building and a firefighter runs in to save someone that is inside. A police officer is shot while trying to ensure that no innocent lives are taken of those being held hostage inside a bank. A lifeguard jumps into the deep end of the pool to save a drowning child. Firefighters, police officers, lifeguards or even the next door neighbor could be considered heroes. Why does society have a need for heroes? What traits should heroes have? The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a hero in the following ways: a) a mythological or legendary figure often of divine descent endowed with great strength or ability b) an illustrious warrior c) a man admired for his achievements and noble qualities d) one
Heroes today are thought to be people who do extraordinary things or people who help out in little ways. Some people consider celebrities heroes and even more people consider the hardworking law enforcement and firefighters heroes. These are all fine examples of heroes, but I believe in Sailor Moon, a spunky girl living in half-hour cartoon segments . She never falls from grace, into the seedy belly of drugs or breaking laws, her glory never fades and despite her knack for walking into traps she always come out on top in the end, but most of all she’s my hero.
We all have that one hero that means a lot to you. It’s probably someone from your family or someone else that did something special to you.like my mom is my big hero. A big hero because she has done a lot for all of my brothers and i.
Everyone has a hero whether it is someone that you know well or someone you are getting to know. They can be sport coaches or teachers, parents or even friends. My hero is my basketball coach. He has taught me and the basketball team many things. He has even been a good encourager along the way.
One of the many reasons why my dad is my hero is because he would do anything for me and the family. No matter what. He is there when you go to bed and there when you wake up in the morning. Well most of the time when he's not away on a trip for his job. He is the first person i would wever go to for anything. Some other reasons that my
