A moral that my brother has taught me is, to Always stick with your family because you only have them for so long. That was a moral that he taught me because it has kept me connected good with my family. Having me more connected to my family helps me have a better relationship and understand what is going on in my families lives. Some background about my role model is his name is Chase and he is 15 years old, and he plays baseball, and he is a great baseball player for East Pennsboro high school team. He is caring because he likes to help me practice for baseball, and he likes to help me improve in my school work and my attitude towards things. Also he likes to help others like donate and put lots of community service in because he thinks it is the right thing to do. What makes him caring to me is that my family has become better from him, and also he just does so much for others before he worries about himself. As a result he is a very nice person also because of how much he helps me and how much he does for others. In conclusion my brother is a very caring person because he likes to help others when they need it. Those are some reasons why he is caring, and is such a great person.
My brother is also a great role model because he is a humble and well minded person. What makes him a humble person is when he does something good he doesn't brag about it and he stays cool with it and never rubs it in my face. He doesn't like to brag because it is not a good thing and it could make people not like you as much. Along with that he also doesn't like to be a mean person because he thinks that is the wrong thing. He doesn't like to do mean things such as pushing me around, and decking me onto the floor. Also he is humble because he cares about others more than himself. He cares about others because he thinks it is a good thing to be caring because others matter too. As a result he thinks caring about others
Belonging and alienation is the process of being either excluded or accepted by the society in which you live. Belong is a human conception, mostly considered a fundamental human need and a source of survival, safety, protection and happiness. To belong is usually considered positive and essential for a successful existence:however a negative sense of belonging:found among the displaced, marginalised and uncared for can lead to many social, filial and personal problems that can be almost insurmountable for the individual. The short trop fest film “Be My Brother” by Genevieve Clay 2009, represents these ideas through the films central characters. The film deals with society and people with disabilities feeling displaced within society due to
For example, King Charlemagne. Pippin has a hard time looking to him as a role model considering he never listens to Pippin, in Pippin’s eyes he is a tyrannical ruler and Pippin doesn’t agree with most of the things the he is doing as King, like slaying the people for protesting. This is an extremely prevalent problem in America today. Many young people feel they don’t have a voice in any problems that are going on in the country and they feel that can’t look up to anybody to help and guide them. There is also Fastrada, Pippin’s step-mother, who is also a horrible role model. She lies and steals from the King and is completely full of herself. And then there is Berthe, Pippin’s grandmother, who some may argue is a good role model. However, she tells Pippin, “…don’t do too much planning, and don’t do too much thinking.” Which is not great advice, especially the way Pippin takes it, which is to just enjoy the “simple things” without thinking about the
said, “Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.” This is a great
One of the reasons that I consider Mr. Jason to be a role model is because he was committed. He would give up his time to coach my softball team. He would try to show up to our games and practices. In addition, he would help us out through the game. He wouldn't just sit there and watch us, he would help us and give us helpful pointers on how to hit better. Mr. Jason was very committed to all sports he showed up to all games, when he could. He was always able to give us pointers and help us out through the game. For instance, one time at practice, I was up at bat. I was struggling to hit the ball. Then, he told me to choke up on the bat and to just focus on the ball. When I listened to his instruction, I hit the ball. The ball went all the way into the outfield.
Growing up I had a role model. He is the most inspirational person I have ever had the chance of meeting. He took care of me when I was sick or when my parents would have to work late into the night, and honestly I am proud to say that this inspirational person is my older brother, Trey Hampton. Not only has my brother been there for me through thick and thin he even managed to introduced me to one of my greatest passions.
Many people have a person that they look up to and who encourages them. It's someone who I think doesn't give up and gets back up when they fall down, who has an impact to other people around them and they work for what they have earned. A person that is a role model to me is a man named Kobe Bryant. He is a basketball player that accomplished many things in his career. He was also born on August 23, 1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Biography Today 44). He is someone who overtime has shown persistence and courage throughout his career in basketball. Kobe Bryant was a role model and inspiring basketball player that had a great legacy in the NBA.
There’s one famous person that comes to mind who represents myself as a good role model and that person is Jim Carrey. He played in one movie, which is called Liar Liar, and to this day the movie has always held a strong meaning to me. The movies he has played in has always brought me joy and laughter. Jim has throughout the years stood up for many causes and is an avid supporter of charities. These are the reasons why I look up to Jim Carrey as a role model.
A child’s role model really does determine where they go in life. A good role model goes to school, pays attention, does not distract others, and doesn’t cause trouble. Also they don’t take shortcuts and take the long way to reach their goals. In the novel Tom Sawyer, by Mark Twain, Tom is not a good role model because he is always causing trouble and is always tricking people into things.
From the moment babies are able to walk they are influenced by older people in the world. Kids look up to people because there hair, sport ablitity, clothes, people skills. Having a good postive role model in children and young adults to being a parent. Stephen curry is my role model because he is a outstanding althlete , an sublime teammate, and is a high awarded basketball player.
Everyone that he has been in contact with always enjoys being around him. He has definitely complimented my attitude when it comes to my outlook on life. He is an ideal role model for anyone that has met him.
My brother wyatt inspires me to be caring because he always cared for me while I was younger,he was always there with me while I was younger, and because he is still the most caring person I know.My bbrother has always been a very caring person.he has shown me with his actions all throughout his life on how you should treat and care for others. My brother was more of a father than a brother, he took care of me like a parent would care foe a child. These are all of thr reasons why I want to follow in my brothers footsteps and be a caring
I have 3 siblings; two brothers and one sister. My sister “Isha-27”, Little brother “Ishmael-10”, and my older brother “I.B-18”, we all grew up and spent the most of our lives with each other. I think I’ve always known that I was a little different from my brothers and my sister, but it's okay because we are all different in many ways. Now my story on how it's like living with 3 siblings with personalities are all different and how we all like certain things but we all manage to live together in harmony , my older brother is more into sports and my little brother is more into video games; my sister is more into reading a writing and more i'm more into math and science. At times it gets extremely annoying living with them
Not only do I support my parents, but I also support my younger cousins and brother. As an eldest brother and cousin, I feel I must be a good example for the young ones. There are numerous methods of showing my cousins and brother support. One main way is by providing advice on making the right choices. For example my brother had a problem at school with one of his classmates. As a mature and responsible older brother, I advised him to use the non-violent approach. I told him to go discuss the problem and try to resolve it peacefully. My brother then asked me why he shouldn’t fight his classmate. I explained how violence is the answer to anything. I advised him to first talk to his classmate in a professional manner. If then things get out of hand, I told him to let the teacher know the situation. In the end, my brother didn’t need to get the teacher involved. In fact, their conflict was resolved by talking through with each other. I also am very supportive of my little cousins. One way I help them out is by tutoring them once in a while. They come over to my house and I assist them with their school work. Not only I help my cousins with their homework, but I also support them recreationally. I play various sports and activities with them. As their older cousin/brother, I feel I should be a good role model to follow.
Throughout someone’s life they have a role model that they look up to and admire. Whether it be a super hero, a relative, or even a friend, they still look up to that individual. My role model comes in the form of a five foot five man, with short black hair, and a face just like mine. He’s my father and even though he’s no super hero, he’s still definitely the person I look up to the most. Whether it be supporting my dreams, needing someone to talk to, or needing a ride to a date, he’s always there for me. When it comes down to it he’s the person I admire most, my role model, father, mentor, and most importantly my friend.
