My Definition Of My American Dream

I think that the American Dream is a social ideal based on equality in social, political and economic rights and privileges. The constitution of this country suggests that every person who lives on American soil is free. In the United States' Declaration of Independence our founding fathers:"…held certain truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness." I consider these words to be the foundation of the American Dream. My definition of the “American Dream” means is that everyone should have equal opportunities to success. The American dream is a well-known phrase. Working hard is the key to being blissful and successful. My personal “American Dream” is to be truly prosperous. True happiness for me would include fortunate marriage, my dream career, an impeccable house, and two healthy kids. My “American Dream” is to have my own home, a big family, and a loving husband.; I want many pets as well I also want to give my kids a better life then I had. I want to give them the chances that I didn’t get I want to give them the best life. But what is an “American Dream” it could mean anything, the general definition is an imagery or a dream for U.S citizen should have an equal right or opportunities to achieve great success and prosperity. It just doesn't exist for everyone because there are still homeless people on the street or people who are working very hard get very little pay so it's just a shadow.
