When I woke up this morning, I was very nervous my first day of school, usually, I get taught at home so I don’t understand much, going to this public school is going to put a new perspective in my life. When I open my little wooden door with my tinny bunny's hands, I walked to the bus in the background, I heard my mom and dad and little sister saying, “good luck on your first day.” I just gave a little wave back and blew a kiss. When I looked around I felt alone, the birds chirping with such welcome, but some reason just felt lost. Usually, I have my best friend right by my side, but not anymore since I moved to a different place now, we only see each other once a year during the summer I wish I can see her more often. “Hey, I saw that you were lost and I was wondering if you wanted help to your class.’’ Says snake ‘’Oh, yea um sure here is my class I need to go to.” Said Bunny with a stutter When I walked with A snake to my class I felt scared but I was feeling safe with Snake. Snake and I my first friend that I make at school I hope. But I’m wishing the rest of the day will be okay. Snake and I began to talk more and then got a great friendship. We talked at lunch talking about really nothing but we kept on going into this deep conversation. After the 1st day of school, we began to hang out all the time at school and sometimes after school. We had amazing, great times with each other. When the bell rings for the end of the school day I wanted to see a snake again so I went to every class to see if Snake was there I finally see her in the class and then I saw her in LA and then went up to her. “you want to hang out after school snake?” hesitated bunny “of course, I would love to, my can drop me off at your house is that okay?” snake says with excitement “Okay, let me give you my address.” Said bunny walks down the hallway of feeling like I’m walking on clouds. I was so excited to see Snake. When I use the high railing to get myself up. I walk up the stairs with full of confidence I sit near the front and this kid comes with me… he has grabbed me out
1.Contact with members of the lower castes always reminded him painfully of this physical inadequacy
Then walks off to her next class when the early bell rings. “See you later!” Brit said
“Yeah, that was the last line.” Sammi said, “well I gotta go. I’ll be on my email so just email me if you schedule the next session. See you guys at school on Monday, it was fun.” She adds as she leaves the room.
“Please stop,” Ikaika demands,” I don’t want any trouble any more. I just want to go to my class that's
The rabbit turned around. “What is it that you need?” it asked calmly, but panicked in its mind. It slowly took a step back.
“I know who you are,” I said speaking to the 6th grader, “you’re the kid in my math class and I told you to talk to me after school.”
“I’m here!” I say looking at her book and remember the great adventure I just had, “The most amazing thing happened! So there was this rabbit and I followed him into a whole and it went down and down! An--” I started.
“It’s totally okay. My last girlfriend broke up with me and moved all the way to Texas. Want to get some coffee and talk? I’m a great listener.” I smile at the short girl and begin to nod before realizing that my psych class starts in 10 minutes.
"You-You-h, you want me to teach one of your 300-level courses? Is that even possible?" Rick stammered, his brows creasing even more.
"Looks like I'm driving you to school." Alex says, setting his bowl in the sink. He grabs the cereal and puts it away, "your too short to do this." He jokes. I shake my head at him and continue with my cereal.
“Joey, Wait up!” I yelled out. Why was he walking so fast, and not responding? It’s almost like he’s ignoring me. I started to jog, but he was already gone. I turned the other way to walk home. It was a long walk, for I lived in the country part of town. I noticed leaves crunching behind me, and I turned around to only see a fist come at me, and everything went black.
"What's up, cotton tail?" Johnathan joked. He winced as May elbowed him. The rabbit heard voices.
“Oh. Well, hehe, I missed you?” He received a glare as reply, making him jump. "I'll go do that."
It was a good day, I stood in front of the door so I could be picked up by my mom. There was a kid, James, he was much taller than me at the time, most people were taller than me, but I didn’t mind. James came down the hallway and was staring straight at me with a devilish look in his eyes and a smirk on his face. I was holding a couple of picture books that we had to bring that day, I really enjoyed reading them. He was approaching me, I didn’t think anything of it, all I was doing was minding my own business. He stood in front of me with his back straight and he was staring into me, like he was establishing dominance, like a lion in the jungle. In one quick motion he snatched all of my picture books straight out of my hands, I stood there speechless, I hated confrontation. Then he held those books over me to the point where I couldn't reach them. I jumped and jumped but I couldn’t reach those books, I repeatedly said “Give them back!” and he responded with “Just take them then”, he knew I couldn’t.. By then a teacher saw us and reclaimed my books from James, but I was already in tears. I spent the rest of the day sobbing and trying to understand how someone could be so heartless.
Today is the first day of my sophomore year. This will be a great year! I think to myself as I get on my bus. The bus ride was always my favorite part of the day. Even though it was bumpy and loud. I mostly sit in silence, but this year i’m gonna put myself out there. I stand up so I could put my feet under me at the third stop. Glancing around i see a lot of people who were in the same grade as me. None of them knew me.
