For my food menu, I can say that I honestly had to due a lot of thinking to 'dish' out a good idea. For starters, the main dish of meal is a serving of Rice. One cup of rice contains 206 calories. The fat contained within the rice is about 0.4 grams. The rice also contains 2 milligrams of sodium and 55 milligrams of potassium. The total carbohydrates found in the dish equate to about 45 grams. White Rice, although not unhealthy, is not a significant source of any vitamins. However, when eaten in multiple 1 cup servings, it could accumulate to be a rather sufficient source of vitamin B-6 and of Magnesium. Also, each cup contains 4.3 grams of protein. This tomato contains 22 calories and contains only 0.2 grams of fat. It also only contains 6 milligrams of sodium, but also 292 milligrams of potassium. The tomato contains 4.8 grams of total carbohydrates and 3.2 grams in sugars. Tomatoes are a decent source of Vitamins A and C, with 20% of the daily nutritional values for Vitamin A, and 28% of the daily nutritional values for Vitamin C. That means that so far, the salad only contains 37 calories. To give the salad some texture and crunchiness, I added some cucumbers. More specifically, I added a one half cup of cucumber slices. This small amount only contains 8 calories. It also only contains 1 milligram of sodium and only 76 milligrams of potassium. Additionally, it only has 1.9 grams of total carbohydrates. However, it can (when served in several servings), be a decently good source of magnesium and vitamins A and C, with up to 5% of Vitamin A and magnesium nutritional values and 10% Vitamin C nutritional values per 5 servings. Until this point, the salad only has around 77 calories. Finally, there is the meat. The meat pieces tally in at around 267 calories and 17 grams of fat.
