Your trip data reflects that you scheduled transportation to attend a 7:45 am appointment. You were given a 5:45 am estimated pick-up time, and a 1:30 pm pick-up time for the return trip. Your 2:10 pm call to “Where’s My Ride?” to inquire about the return trip was documented, but there is no record of a call from you or the transportaton provider regarding the late arrival to your appointment.
