As outlined in the scoring rubric the with a score of nine points are greater with a minimum of three points per scoring component. Therefore, Student B and Student D with scores of 7 and 6 points respectively, and minimum score less than three points in a least one component need to be retaught the math content. Part B. Describe two mathematical strengths for each student whose response indicates the need to reteach the math content. Student B demonstrates mathematical strengths in the explanation of both solutions of the area and perimeter, although one of the formula used was incorrect. Mathematical strength was also displayed in the actual multiplication 5x2x5x2=100, and addition 5+2+5+2=14 cm, failing to include the units of measurement
When the assignment was first presented to me, I was really excited because I love to cook even though I am not the best at it. Some dishes I am planning to make for my family are based on Vietnamese dishes my father and relatives have cooked for my family in the past. The stir fried noodles would be my dad’s recipe that he would always make for a party when he needs something quick and easy. The dessert would be this colorful jelly cake that my aunt would always make for my birthday whenever I am in Florida. This connects to my faith journey by giving back to my family for all they have done for me and through that, I am giving back to God, making my relationship with Him and my family stronger.

The compared authoring tools supports different browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox 4.0 for Windows, and Google Chrome or Apple Safari for Mac, and all users with different network connections can use all their services. Moreover they all support different operation systems; for example, both Lectora and Easygenerator support Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7; Lectora support Microsoft Windows 8 as a plus. Captivate is certified for Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 8.1., and Mac OS too. They are all compatible with mobiles and smartphones or in other words “mobile friendly”.
I guess what makes me worthy is my genuine kindness:p. Yes I enforce the rules but I always tend to keep in nice and friendly. But answering this question is very difficult not knowing if your worthy enough to become staff. I measure my worth from the feedback I receive from the players. When I take action and receive positive feedback, I believe I am worthy. But not having the chance to receive any feedback has stumbled me upon this application. (Meaning, I have to get accepted to prove my

Received a call from Billy, had him take his computer off the network and boot it back up. Walked Billy through confirming he did have the crypto virus. Had Billy shut his computer back off, and informed him someone would be on their way to pick up his laptop. Explained to Billy we will need to wipe and reload his computer. With Chris from or offices assistance we located the files that were encrypted. Using a script created by mark we confirmed it was only Billy’s user folder that was encrypted. We did find traces of help_decrypt in the QuickBooks folder, but the QuickBooks data was intact. Using Shadow copy I resorted Billy’s user folder back to 7:00 AM Tuesday, but his files were still encrypted. Restored back to Monday at 12:00 AM and confirmed

Alejandra enjoys math. She has a positive attitude and works hard towards her objectives in all the learning segments. In session 2 (above informal checklist), Alejandra had been having difficulty organizing the information from the word problem into the diagram (as per her informal checklist from lesson objective 2 - above) but was willing to revisit her work with the teacher most of the times. Alejandra received frequent feedback on her work. She accepted feedback (verbal and written) positively from the teacher. She even implemented the feedback and made changes to her work when attempting a new word problem during independent practice. In addition, it was easy to redirect Alejandra with a verbal reminder “eyes up here” or gently tapping on her desk when she got distracted or was off-task during instructional time. Alejandra is a shy and quiet girl.
Given the difficulty a handful of the students were having with their independent practice problems, this would have been an appropriate opportunity to bring out manipulatives such as Unifix Cubes or base ten blocks. Even though every student was using a paper 100’s chart this was still confusing for some.
The math concept that this lesson taught the students was geometry. The lesson featured a variety of shapes, including both 2D and 3D. For the majority of the students, the lesson even introduced right angles.
Kessler shows an excellent understanding of terms covered this far in math. He has been working diligently to complete tasks in class. Sometimes Kessler lacks confidence in math and gets upset when the work becomes challenging. I often need to remind Kessler that its okay to struggle. If Kessler’s positive work ethic persists into the next unit, he will have
Although mathematics has not changed, the manner in which it is taught has changed in substantive ways in recent years that are far removed from rote memory drills and traditional dusty chalkboards. As one mathematics educator emphasizes, "Chalkboards have come a long way, haven't they? In the past, the standard writing surface in the mathematics
Mathematics and mathematical application has become a huge part of my life, if not the majority of my life. Whether budgeting while doing my weekly grocery shopping, or calculating the coefficient of friction between rubber and asphalt to create a tire with maximum miles, mathematics is a crucial part of the world as we know it. Personally, my favorite part of Math is that it can be seen anywhere; Math is involved in almost every subject in school and practically every part of life. Knowing this, my interest in the subject grew exponentially. This expectation is an opportunity for me to show how in love I’ve fallen with math not only inside the classroom, but also outside. I will use various articles collected within my three years are a math Ed. major to prove that I am not only proficient in love with mathematics, but I am providing the grounds for my students to also fall in love with this great subject.
