One Length Hair Cut.
Equipment required:
Scissors, cutting collar, sectioning clips, gown, towel, comb, water spray.
How to sit or positioning of the client:
The client must be sitting up nice and straight with their head slightly tilted towards the floor to prevent unwanted graduation, it is absolutely vital that the client does not have their legs crossed as this could cause problems with balance and symmetry.

Dry hair off and see the finished result if the hair has to much bulk then you can soften if required and also use scissor over come to make the back shorter and tidy up the base line using free hand at a 0’degree angle.

Club cutting at 90’degrees.
The cutting process for box layer:
Section hair in to hot cross bun sections; take a small amount of hair from one section and comb straight up to a 90’degree angle cut to desired length.
Using hair from that section as a guide, continue to pull the hair up to 90’degrees.
As you work down the head you will be over directing the hair so it gets longer and maintains length and bulk with the top sections you would continue to over direct towards your first guide at the crown.
Dry and finish hair.
