The Health and safety officer is Lynn Taylor. Lynn completes the yearly risk assessment, and all the staff are responsible for the daily and weekly assessments. Responsibility for reporting a risk is of all the staff, and for them to ensure Lynn is informed so she is able to arrange repair/removal as necessary.

Other responsibilities would include the proper handling of requests for medical records. The person taking on this duty would also be responsible for administrating the training and assuring compliance of everyone in the organization.

Any employee that is subject to occupational radiation exposure must be monitored in accordance with state and federal regulations. The information provided on this form will be used to order the appropriate radiation exposure dosimetry badge.
