AAA Office World sells directly to three main buyers, these are: regional stationery suppliers, local stationery suppliers, and Business Center Inc. There are ten regional stationery suppliers, each have about six branches and sell directly to large corporations and some retailers. Local stationary suppliers, on the other hand, have one wholesale and about three or four retail locations. Lastly, BCI has one hundred and fifty stores, with most of their sales coming from local businesses and walk-in customers.

The service offer- their service they offer is great as the staff are helpful and willing as when you shop in one of their stores and you ask one of the staff a question they are willing to help and they often guide you to where the product is that you are looking for rather than just tell you the directions. Also their online service, they are prompt in their delivery service and if a product that the customer ordered isn't in stock, then they will substitute it with a similar item so that you still have the item.

Similarly, with the increases in high satisfactory ratings a similar escalation of less agreeable results is illuminated through the data. Though a trend of an advantageous broadening of the ratio of highly satisfied “5’s” vs less satisfied scorings exists, it is important to for PLE to realize the dissatisfied submissions still exist, but the company- through this data- is on a positive track in relation to dealer satisfaction.
