On June 7, 2016, officer T.Cramblett #1191 was working cruiser 9182D, Zone 1 DMW, wearing the uniform of the day. Around 11:38 A.M radio aired that a robbery had just occurred at 1910 S. Hulmac Ct. Apt D, and that the suspect was a male black wearing a black shirt, jeans and having a goatee. The victim stated that the male had fled westbound from her apartment towards the 3C market located on Tamarack Blvd. The victim also stated the male was accompanied by a white female. Officer Cramblett was on Tamarack Blvd. when the information was aired and started to circulate the area. Officer Cramblett pulled out of the 3C market and turned northbound onto Tamarck Blvd. where he observed Mr. Warner Cutler and a female white walking southbound …show more content…
Officer Cramblett grabbed a hold of Mr. Cutlers right wrist and told him he was going to be detained, Mr. Cutler attempted to pull away from officer Cramblett, but was pulled back , officer Cramblett grabbed Mr. Cutler under the right arm and around his neck pulling him back towards him and attempting to control him until back up could arrive. Mr. Cutler was able to break free after he and officer Cramblett fell to the ground. Mr. Cutler then ran east into the apartment complex entering into 4630 Tamarack Blvd. Officer Lyons had just pulled into the parking lot and observed Mr. Cutler running into the building and gave chase, chasing him back westbound , through the building, where he exited the building and ran southbound down Tamarack Blvd. as officer Cramblett chased him. Mr. Cutler Ran into the Asian clothing store, located at 1847 Morse Rd, then ran back out as officer Cramblett was approaching the front door. Officer Lyons, who had recovered his cruiser, pulled up beside Mr. Cutler and blocked him from running any further west in the lot. Officer Cramblett was able to catch up with Mr. Cutler , after he tripped and fell to the ground, delivering one, effective, closed fist strike to Mr. Cutlers back and telling him to pull his hand out from under his body. On 11/6/2017 at 1400 hours, I Officer Graves, responded to 735 E Haggard Ave Elon, NC 27244 in reference to an assist. Upon arrival Detective Turney, Lieutenant Sweat, and Officer Peters were at apartment K executing a search warrant. I was requested to remain outside of the residence at the front door. At 1426 hours Captain B. Tillotson entered the residence and left at 1441 hours. At hours Officer Peters released Jacy Loshin from the premises after issuing a citation. At 1455 hours Officer Chavis entered the residence and remained until the search warrant execution was completed at 1530 hours, when all remaining officers cleared.
Back on October 3, 1974 at approximately 10:45pm two Memphis police officers were on patrol and received a complaint from dispatch to respond to a burglary in progress (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Officers Leslie Wright and Elton Hymon took the call and responded to the location in question (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). After arriving, a neighbor told the two officers she heard glass breaking next door and “they” were breaking into the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). While officer Wright radioed back to dispatch the situation, officer Hymon proceeded to the backyard of the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. When I got to the Credit Union, I saw a set of crutches and a black bag laying on the floor. I told Officer Albert to stay here with these items as I continued to go behind the black male. On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. I presented Sergeant Lavelle with a copy of the command log entry for August 23, 2014 depicting the validation of two arrests at about 2040 hours when Mr. Carlton Smith
On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
Sgt. Grimm stated that on August 23, 2014, he performed a 1450X2347 tour as the patrol supervisor and PO Derek Almeida was his operator. At about 2008 hours, he responded to a radio run of a 10-34 male stabbed at 37 Weirfield Street. Upon arrival, he observed a male black [Mr. Carlton Smit h Jr.] bleeding heavily. The male black stated [to him] that his father had just stabbed him, while pointing to a black SUV driving away from the scene. Sgt. Grimm stated that he reiterated what the victim had said [to him] and he stated yes, my father just stabbed me. Shortly after, they followed the identified vehicle and subsequently pulled it over on Bushwick Avenue and Hancock Street. Sgt. Grimm Stated that as they approached the vehicle they notice blood all over the driver's side door. Mr. Carlto n Smith was properly identified and placed under arrest. Sgt. Grimm doesn't recalled who the UMOS that were present at the scene.
On 10/30/2016 at 0251 hours Ptlm. David Stamets and I were dispatched to the unit block of S. White St. for multiple males in the road fighting. We arrived on scene and I observed three males walking toward Main St. I instructed the males to stop, but they did not comply with my request. The males looked back and continued to walk away. I again gave verbal commands for them to stop, two of the three males stopped, while one continued to walk away. I walked to the two males who stopped while Stamets proceeded in the patrol car to make contact with the third male, who he caught up to.
On March 17, 2016, at 1:41 P.M., officer T. Cramblett CPD#1191 was dispatched to he area of Sharon Woods Blvd. and Brookhurst Ave on a narcotics complaint. Radio was advised by a known caller that a white Chevrolet Malibu, occupied by two white females, was parked on the street and were involved in the sales of narcotics. Officer Cramblett was responding to the area when he observed a white Chevrolet Malibu traveling south bound on Beechcroft Rd. Officer G.Meyer CPD# 2333 had also been dispatched on the run, and was traveling north bound on Beechcroft Rd., when he observed the vehicle ,traveling south bound, and aired with radio that it was occupied by two white females. Officers Cramblett observed the vehicle turn east bound onto E. Dublin Granville Rd then initiated a traffic stop just west of Maple Canyon Ave. Officers Cramblett and Myer approached the vehicle and made contact with both occupants advising them of the nature of the stop and asking for

I along with Saunders reviewed CCTV footage of Arch. 4th floor T-hall, as we watching footage Justin Turner walked into the DPS office and said that he got a phone call that Saunders jacket was stolen and that he wanted us to know he had nothing to do with it, I asked Him who called him and he said he don't remember. On 09/18/2015, at approximately 0058 hours, West Mahanoy Township Police Officer Joshua Pastucka observed a brown convertible driving in a slow manner in front of the Shenandoah Borough Police Department. He observed the vehicle circle the Police Department twice and frequently stopping in his travel. Officer Pastucka proceeded towards the vehicle observed the operator and identified him as Robert CONRAD. Officer Pastucka is familiar with CONRAD and had prior knowledge his license and vehicle registration was suspended. When CONRAD proceeded behind the Shenandoadh Borough Police Department on the second occassion Officer Pastucka entered behind him and made contact with him. CONRAD attempted to exit his vehicle and while doing so he had a difficult time opening the door. Once out of his vehicle he had a staggered gait and stumbled into the quarter panel of his vehicle. CONRAD briefly paused while leaning on the quarter panel of his vehicle and then began to walk towards Officer Pastucka's vehicle. Officer Pastucka instructed CONRAD to return to
He was last seen going westbound on 129th street and then eastbound on 201 streets. The Police officers arrived on scene and when they got there they started to question the witnesses about the robber’s antisocial behavior that he saw. Then the dispatcher called his call sign again with 3 Paul 9. He was giving more information to the call in reference too. So he want to go out there but he was so gloomy to see the ways of his doing of the different types of things. Now he is driving to the call and he officer was stating that this was so unprofessional that he had nothing to do with the job he was
