He places speed trailers in areas where there is high probability of excessing speeding causing safety concerns and works with neighborhoods to identify these locations.
On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.

Officer Speedy should be terminated for her disobeying the department policy and her post certificate should be subject to investigation and cancel. The family of the pedestrian is entitled to compensatory, and punitive damages.
Referred Officer Evaluation Report: The rater comments on the SM OER states that the SM requires oversight of her critical reasoning and decision making skills in order to succeed. The senior rater comments reflect that the SM needs to further grow her dicision making capabilities. The SM provided written comments to refute the OER and provided developmental counseling dates that she and her rater reviewed together. In the remarks the SM states that the rater failed to provide details of the specific events pertaining to her decision making skills. There is no evidence of any actions taken at command level present in the information provided by screening agencies.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is responsible for highway safety on all the Interstate systems and state highways and in some cases all county maintained roads all throughout Tennessee. This week in addition to all the regular activities that are required as the Lieutenant Colonel supervising the agency’s Field Operations Bureau, there was a snow and ice event that occurred that required many hours outside of the regular duty hours. On 3/17/16 at 12:10 A.M, Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera that he saw the officer who was positioned in the exit shack not check the back of a trailer. S/S Cabrera advised Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky that he will look into the matter. Upon further review of the video surveillance system, S/S Cabrera saw that Security Officer Dinh Nguyen did not check the back of one trailer at 11:57 P.M on 3/16/16. S/S Cabrera immediately made his way to the exit shack to speak with S/O Nguyen. S/O Nguyen explain that the trailer was here early to his appointment and was “just passing through the yard.” The security officer also stated, that the trailer was properly check out in the YMS system and he
Officer Brookins has been involved in several aspects of the department in addition to being a patrol officer. She is also a Terrorism Liaison Officer and attended the CIAC Annual Conference this year. She is a Hostage Negotiator with the SWAT team, a CIT member and Assistant CIT Coordinator, and also assists with the towed vehicle duties and is a Certified VIN Inspector. She has been approved to attend the NOTA Conference as a Negotiator in October 2016.
Officer Lajoie’s prior law enforcement experience has enabled him show he has a good grasp on the fundamentals of being a solo patrol officer. This has allowed him to focus more time on investigating in-depth cases such as a sexual assault on a child case (Case #17007910) and a sex registrant in possession of multiple firearms (#17008132). During both cases Officer Lajoie investigated them from start to finish, working with detectives to create solid cases.
On March 3rd 1991, Los Angeles Police chase a vehicle that was driving erratically. When the vehicle came to a stop after reaching speeds of nearly 120 mph, a total of four cruisers arrived to the scene, including six patrol officers and a sergeant. According to the statistics obtained from the Spillman database from September 1, 2015, to September 1, 2016, Officer Farmer has a total of 715 incidents, 141 of those incidents being traffic or parking related. Officer Farmer issued 57 citations, gave 50 warnings, and made a total of 35 arrests. For most of this evaluation period, Officer Farmer has been on day shift working mostly with minimum staffing levels. The call load does not allow for much time to do much proactive enforcement, such as self-initiated traffic.
As a Traffic Systems Tech (TST) for WSDOT, I earned my Traffic Control Supervisor certification, and was one of the Lead Techs that designed and implemented the traffic control plans necessary to remove maintenance catwalks from the Northwest Region 's Variable Message Signs. My crew & I channeled highway traffic at five different locations and removed the catwalks without injuries or accidents.

2015 was a tumultuous time for dispatch. Dispatch went through 11 people this year for a multitude of reasons such as retirees, people moving on and unfortunately disciplinary action. One of the most difficult things for me to do is remain unbiased in my decisions and this proved difficult for me when it came to Douglas Brower. Mr. Brower was found to have provided several narcotic prescription pills to a deputy in clear violation of ARS.
