In relation to the forthcoming compliance monitoring for the 2nd period covering the months of March and April 2013 we are anticipating the scheduled holidays (Holy Week & Araw ng Kagitingan) and school vacation that may affect turn out of distribution and retrieval of the CV Forms given below timeline
