Payroll System Implementation Missing Images This report will first examine the Testing Process Summary. This will include a definitive test plan which will identify the major functions of the systems software and hardware to be tested as well as the required system outcomes. Secondly, the installation process and training plan summary will be identified. For this portion of the writing, a Gantt chart will be used to identify the steps and related resources needed to implement the system. A narrative explanation that will discuss the impacts of time and conversion will be included. A description of the training plan will also be outlined. The third section of this writing will summarize the company documentation plan. This will …show more content…
This test will consist of one hundred deliveries and will be completed by the database administrator (DBA). When this test is completed with no errors in the delivery route reports, the next portion of the system can be tested. The test for the accounting system will use the same mock delivery schedule to ensure that all mileage amounts are correctly calculated. The DBA will also send data through the network to ensure that the mileage calculations are formatted properly to work with the accounting system. After the webpage has been created by the IT generalist and the DBA, several employees will be selected at random to test the security of the system. The intended results will be that no other employee's information can be accessed without the proper password, the information retrieved is correct, only pre-defined fields are available for editing, and edited fields are properly updated in the database. The next test will be a system test linking all parts of the data flow process from customer requests all the way through to uploading paychecks to the bank. This test plan will be used to define an installation plan. Installation Process and Training Plan Summary The system installation will follow two methods. The beginning of the phase will be done using the parallel method, and then a final system cutover will be done to complete the installation. All new

SMW’s current accounting information system is a cutting edge relational database system through Microsoft Access with internal controls set to adequately prevent and detect errors and fraud. This relational database system tracks sales orders, shipments, accounts receivable, cash receipts, purchases, accounts payable, cash disbursements, inventory levels and other relevant accounting information. The system’s output is compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The database processes currently in use at SMW are described below.

A set of preliminary usage scenarios that describe the use of the system under different operating conditions.
Options A, B, and C. This chapter has three options depending upon your previous experience with a manual version systems project called the Systems Understanding Aid, written by the same authors as this computerized project. Option A is for students who have not used the Systems Understanding Aid before. Option B is for students who have completed the Systems Understanding Aid before using Transactions List A (Document No. 1). Option C is for students who have completed the Systems Understanding Aid before using Transactions List B (Document No. 1).
Huffman Trucking Company has requested a new Benefits Election System to be implemented within the organization. The current benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision plans for employees. For the Benefit Election System, employee information and the benefit package they choose are stored and managed on a database system. This can either be a hardcopy paper file or an electronic file. Regardless of the storage method, security measures need to be implemented to protect employee's privacy and information as well as preserve company assets from theft and/or litigation.
4. Provide a workflow diagram in Visio or equivalent software to illustrate how the system will work.

Health Body Wellness Centre (HBWC) is a health facility that sponsors and encourages medical evaluation, research and dissemination of information among health care experts. At HBWC, the department of Office Grants Giveaway is mandated with to distribute medical grants that are supported by the federal government. The Office of Grants and Giveaways achieves the process of medical funding circulation using Microsoft Access database system that is normally referred to as the Small Hospital Tracking Systems (SHGTS). A risk assessment of a small hospital tracking system was carried out to
Companies are devising means of outsourcing payment set ups because of their employees. The Payroll companies are skilled in this perspective, having the capacity for processing payrolls better. Furthermore, using the services of the right payroll company can go quite a distance in saving the business a large amount of money in the proper execution of selecting the services of in-house staff to undertake the task. Things to consider whenever choosing a payroll provider include:
This report contains an overview of the testing process and issues that were found, details of the testing process, results found, the risks associated with the vulnerability and recommendations for rectifying the vulnerability. The results of the test can be of assistance to Ernst & Young when making decisions regarding information security.

The interview session has been done by include an open-ended and closed-ended question which are related to the implemented project. Next, sampling technique is executed by system analyst who does evaluation to the current system or prototype. These processes give feedback in evaluation form that filled after tested the system. Lastly, observation is performed by using questionnaire form. According to Burch (1992), the questionnaire is analyzed and transform into structured form that easy to understand. After all information has been collected, structuring of system requirement takes place. It focused on development process modeling which perform “graphically representing the process, or actions, that capture, manipulate, store, and distribute data between a system and environment” (Hoffer, George, & Valacich, 2012, p. 182). In this step, Data flow diagram (DFD) is structured by system analyst using special tools and techniques to create a decision table. According to Hoffer, George and Valacich (2012), decision table is a “diagram of process logic where the logic is reasonably complicated” (p. 200). This table is useful to help system analyst to make a decision toward the project. Then all information’s gained from this phase are documented in System Analysis Report (SAR) that acts as a guideline or reference to the future system development project (Burch, 1992).
