It is 1987, and Devlin and Stacey have just retired from their glory days as professional Cryptozoologists. They decided that since they retired, they would settle down, write about their adventures, and eventually, when the time was right, get married. The two bought a house about a mile away from where they first discovered Bigfoot and his companions. Every now and then they take leisurely walks to and from the forest to satisfy that tiny bit of curiosity that eats away at them. They hope that they might stumble across some type of evidence or proof, but so far, nothing has turned up. One day Devlin decided to take an early morning stroll through the nearby forest while Stacey was still in bed, sleeping. To Devlin, there is nothing like an early morning walk to start off the day. He got to stretch his legs, work up a little sweat, and get back to enjoy the breakfast that his wife Stacey prepares for the two of them every morning. On his walk, he came to the fork in the paths like usual. When him and his wife had found Bigfoot several years ago, they took the right path. Devlin was in the mood to try something new. Instead of taking a right, he banged a left, just to expose …show more content…
weeks, and months passed, but Devlin and Stacey still felt like something was missing. Devlin felt as if he was forgetting something, something important. That night, Devlin dreamed of a day filled with lights, family and friends, and a massive cake in the middle of the room. When Devlin woke up the next day, he knew what was missing. He asked Stacey to go on another morning hike with him, only this time they would go to the spot where they originally encountered Bigfoot. When they got there, Devlin turned to Stacey and got down on one knee. He asked her to spend the rest of her life with him, even though she was already going to. Stacey, with cheeks that burned as red as the sun, said yes. The two filled the void with marriage, and they lived happily ever after in holy

As children grow up, they become the person they turn out to be because of experiences and the culture and society they grew up in. Nations are affected in the same sense because the people living in a nation affect how the nation is influenced and builds its character.
Approximately one hundred yards up the trail, I found a small side trail that led down to the lake shore. Following my intuition, I decided to walk down the trail to investigate the area. Little did I realize that this decision would put me within a few feet of a large Bigfoot, along with several members of its
When watching the film Bigfoot created in 1970 directed by Robert Slatzer and starring John Carradine and Joi Lansing I have made connections to the concepts and theories we have discussed in class. To name some of these theorists and concepts such as, Mary Douglas theory of dirt, Aristotle’s conceptualization of reproduction, Freud’s uncanny and the double, and Ann Ratcliff’s difference between terror and horror. Despite the terrible and cheesy 1970’s effects this movie is actually enjoyable to watch and the perfect movie for analyzing the theoretical concepts we have learned throughout the semester.
The Bigfoot made many patterns with the rocks as my research progressed. Most of the patterns were meaningless or open to a varied array of interpretations. Then in January of 2010, I would find an actual message in the rocks. I had left a smiley face formed out of seven rocks. When I returned a week later, I found a pattern that looked like the letter “C.” A few days before finding the rocks placed in a “C” pattern, I had listened to a radio interview of a Native American woman. In this interview, she claimed that the Bigfoot used Syllabics to communicate with the elders of her tribe on a reservation in Canada.
The government's first action to battle racial discrimination was the enforcement act of 1870, this act banned racial discrimination in voter registration. It also established consequences for those who interfered with one's right to vote. The government's second attempt to end discrimination was the enforcement act of 1871 which allowed federal oversight at elections if any citizen felt it was necessary. This act came with harsher punishments. The third and final attempt to end discrimination was the Ku Klux Klan act. This made any state official accountable in federal courts for stripping anybody of their civil right or protection of the law. The KKK act also made several of their ploys federal offenses. This resulted on several hundred
Almost everyone has heard the famous hymn, “Jesus Loves the Little Children,” but not all understand the true meaning when it says, “Red, and yellow, black, and white, they are precious in His sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world.” The moment sin entered into the world, perfection no longer existed. This loss of perfection changed the way humans viewed each other. It made one ethnicity view another ethnicity as inferior, and in doing so, created what people now know of as racism. For centuries, racism has been a part of society, shaping the way humans view each other, but with the aid of Young Women 's Christian Association (YWCA) - Stand Against Racism, racial discrimination and injustice can be eliminated.
Could you imagine being treated differently just by color? Isabella Baumfree did, or normally known as Sojourner Truth. She was born into slavery, but escaped to freedom with her infant daughter in 1826. Truth is also normally known for her women’s rights activist and freeing about more than 300 slaves from the South. Till this day Sojourner Truth is remembered for her outstanding accomplishments.
It is difficult to argue why Bigfoot has never been caught, because the majority of the people in this country, which are nonbelievers. Believe since we have the most high tech equipment known to man, then we should be able to catch an overgrown ape. They do not fully understand that it is very problematic to catch such a creature that has only one background information about it. Plus, it is very hard to catch something that doesn’t want to be caught. Therefore since the Bigfoot explorers have hardly any clues on how Bigfoot lives and what Bigfoot eats, it gives them very little information to work with.
Scientists find new species every day that are as small as worms, and yet nobody has captured Bigfoot or had any close contact with the creature. If Bigfoot were to be real or still alive, there would have to be hundreds of Bigfeet living in one general area just to keep repopulating and surviving. In order to maintain a good diet, Bigfoot would have to be an omnivore, and if many Bigfoot existed, the deer count in the forest that Bigfoot would reside in would drop significantly and would even more leave traces of Bigfoot existing. There is no excuses for not being able to find just one Bigfoot creature to show as evidence. Even if every Bigfoot had died, where are the

It is very weird that noone has actually captured a better quality picture of BigFoot, if he is really out there wandering.Today everybody has a very good camera at their fingertips with there iPhones and otherdevices. If people have such high quality cameras then shouldn't the evidence have improvedover the years. Nearly half of the so called “BigFoot” pictures have been misidentifications. If
Discrimination lingers under the diversity of the United States. Minorities across the country are targeted and eventually fight for their respect or learn to ignore the harassment. These struggles have caused beautiful revolts and renaissances throughout history. What are a few examples of these cases?
The most significant pieces of evidence being footprints. Many footprints that are left behind have five toes, unless occasionally you find the tracks with only three toes. According to Stephen Wagner, a paranormal researcher, Bigfoot footprints look like
Discrimination comes in many forms. Discrimination and diversity are closely linked considering the reasons behind discrimination are what makes up the definition of diversity. Not only is discrimination made against gender, race, and religion, but it is also made of age, disabilities, appearance and in a lot of cases, women who are pregnant too. This is very much a reality for many employers. There are laws protecting acts of discrimination. This topic is so sensitive, that many employers implement diversity and discrimination into their mission statements. Many companies make it their practice to host training sessions to prevent discrimination from happening, then there are many companies who can’t afford such training for their
