Awakened when AV said “Everybody ready?” to the jv group chat, I knew that I wasn’t prepared for what the day had in store me. As we walked into the jv locker room after what was a short drive in Stratford, Texas, we knew that coach had high expectations. After getting all geared up we heard the words that I dreaded “Alright let’s head that way!”, said coach Lovorn. During warm ups the thought of getting hit by upperclassmen was the only thing that crossed my mind. They had once been in my place and taken big hits from upperclassmen before. It was certain that they were looking to do the same thing to us freshmen. After warm ups concluded, it was time for individual offense. The linemen went to the chutes to work on our footwork. Throughout my childhood I could never say I had the most exciting life, even now I can still say that about my daily routine. Although my family put effort into nurturing me into a well-rounded member of society since youth, I never felt any change or progress personally; it was more as if I simply adapted to whatever expectations my elders had of me. I know this feeling did not apply to me only, in fact, I was once in a classroom full of fifty-two people who accommodated to whatever came their way.
When I was first hired I was told I would have 30 days from the start day to sign up for benefits. The date by which I had to sign up by was 03/20/16 a Sunday; I tried to get on, on the 03/18/16, but it would not let me. I called the helpline to get my password reset to gain access to the online portal; whenever I received access it said there were no available sessions for enrollment. My manager informed me to come in on Saturday 03/19/16 and he would help me further, he was not able to locate it either. He then informed me to make a benefits appeal, because I had tried to get enrolled before the cutoff date. I have two pictures, to show the information that was displayed and the date. Thank you for your time and
Today we are leaving Concord New hampshire. We are very upset because we loved our visit. We were packing up to leave. We walked down to go eat some breakfast. I got toast. After breakfast we went up stairs to get are stuff to leave. When we hopped in the car we looked out the window of the car.
Starting over. Those two simple words pretty much sum up where I am at in my life at the moment. I am a 34 year old mother of three. I have never been to college. My husband just recently left me. It has been a whirlwind summer to say the least, but before I get into what brought me back to school, I'll start at the beginning. I was born in FL., and quite literally spent all my time either at the beach or running bare foot on my grandparents farm. I loved every second. Shortly after I turned 8 my mom met my step-dad, and we were quickly headed on our first big adventure, moving to Texas! While I missed my family in FL., I can not tell you enough how happy I was that my mom married my dad. He has been a rock and solid foundation for me my whole
Week one has passed by quickly! I think this week was very successful and I can say that I have learned many new things. This week has been an experience for me learning things about the business world. I am not a business major so I was not expecting to take these classes. I was assigned them, but have found them very beneficial. As I read through the first couple of chapters I read things I had heard before. This was a good thing that I could put the information with the terms I had heard previously.

He knew it was going to be a no excuses to lose to weather and it was going to be a good day for fans to watch football tonight. He had met with Kyle Cannon who was the quarterback for the team and a running back on the team named Dion Gordon;
One of the greatest life skills that you can attain is to always double check! I unfortunately had to learn this lesson the hard way. Even though obstacles come up, you can always learn from them. In this certain situation, my brother David and I thought that we did something when in reality we didn't.
Delano then pulled a gun from his ankle holster and places it on the table top. --
I have two major obstacles that I have overcome in my last three years of school. My first major obstacle is being able to graduate early, I’ll be the first student at Sheyenne to graduate in three years instead of four. It took a lot of hard work and focus, but with the help that I got from my teachers, I was able to do what I needed. I did two summers of summer school, and worked really hard on completing my all my history online. My second obstacle is getting my CNA licenses. It took a very long time, because I have a lot of testing anxiety. The two years I took getting my license was worth it all in the end, because I got to learn and practice new information. During the process I did give up on myself because I couldn’t pass the test,
Day One: Where to start? No one reading this diary is going to believe me. I still wish I lived in Oak City. Everything felt different when I woke up, I really thought it was going to be a normal day; you know, going to work, coming home, watching T.V.-just normal. It wasn’t until I looked outside…and… everyone was dead.
My career was finally looking up, I was working as a senior accountant with multiple multi-million accounts, full-cycle, I finally finished my Bachelor’s degree. I even purchased my first home and bought a new car! Then, it happened, I found out I was going to be a mom. I was excited, and terrified at the same time, I even took parenting classes! I had no idea how to do the formula thing and diapers? Yeah… ok.
I was born in the 2000’s but I’m a complete 90’s kid. I grew up watching 90’s shows and listening to 90’s rap. I grew up listening to only rappers like Nas, Snoop Dogg, Tupac, Ice Cube, and also the rest of the rappers from N.W.A. I grew up watching people like Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock on tv. Growing up listening to 90’s rap music made me have a big appreciation for the lyrics in a song more than a beat. In 90’s rap the beat is always pretty miniscule and unelaborate. Most of today's rap has terrible or not understandable lyrics and just has a good beat.
“ Are you ready.” I was waiting at the door for my mom to take me to my riding lesson. I was all dressed in my riding breeches, shirt and boots. “Go put your stuff in the car I'll be there in a second” my mom replied. I put my stuff in the car then buckled up. While i was waiting for my mom I went on my phone and made a folder in photos called rufus.
I was born in Adelaide, Australia and raised in Singapore. I currently live in Brisbane with my husband. We recently got married and now that we're back in Brisbane all settled down, I thought I start blogging as a pastime while I look for a job.
