I Said “ WOW has it really been 4 years since we seen each other . Khamia said “ yeah it seem like it was forever since we last seen each other . I said “ you know what we should join a team were only 20 and 19 so we should join a team like old times”. They all said “ like how when we were in highschool and we cheered for the tree hill ravens “ . That very day we won our championship game and it was the best day of our lives . That’s what made us remember that it was like old times in high school . So we decide to join a team in new york city because bria use to work out there new clothing line “DABJK “so she new a lot of people so that helped us find a cheer team out there . We all made the team and we were all happy because we were all with our best friends since high school . We practiced and practiced untill we were all good to make sure the team goes to state and have a victory . After two years of college cheer we all decided to get a house together in new york so we wouldn’t have to leave each other . Many people in high school did not like none of us at all but we did
This year was my last year at The Little Middle School. Even though I’ve had a lot of speed bumps, I’ve accomplished a lot of stuff. From learning new instruments to working on my ability to focus, I’ve grown a lot.
Growing up with a father in the military, you move around a lot more than you would like to. I was born just east of St. Louis in a city called Shiloh in Illinois. When I was two years old my dad got the assignment to move to Hawaii. We spent seven great years in Hawaii, we had one of the greatest churches I have ever been to name New Hope. New Hope was a lot like Olivet's atmosphere, the people were always friendly and there always something to keep someone busy. I used to dance at church, I did hip-hop and interpretive dance, but you could never tell that from the way I look now.
I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.
I was incredibly excited. School was starting tomorrow. The first few days were just icebreakers, learning everyone’s names, blah blah blah. Then the real learning began. Of course, teachers started to write our lessons on the board. I started to notice a few changes in what I was seeing. The words they were writing were just...black lines! I didn’t pay much attention to it, I just asked my friends what the board said. As the year went on, it affected me more and more, especially in math. I saw a 2 as a 6, and and an A as an 8.
Over my years of school, one big influence on me has always been sports. Ever since a young age, I have always enjoyed playing and watching sports. In my four years in high school, I have fell in love with the sport of lacrosse.
I woke up and took one bite out of my pop tart but that one bite was all I could eat. My legs were shaking, and my heart was pounding. My dad told me, “It is a true honor to even make it this far so go out there and have some fun.” Once I heard this statement, I knew I was ready to go. I arrived at school and boarded the bus. The car ride was an hour and fifteen minutes of hearing the squeaking of the wheel on the bus. My teammates were getting their heads ready for the big game.
I rush into my home and run up the stairs to my room. I jump on my bed and roll over to my laptop and open it quickly. I log onto the One Direction site and see that I made it in time to see the bid. I scroll and try and find my name and I see I'm in third place for the tickets and the time is running out. I've already bid $7000 for three tickets and backstage passes. The reason it's so expensive is because these passes are the last set of passes for their concert. 5sos is also playing so we would be meeting two bands and hearing both of them play.
We played a soccer game yesterday against Buhler, we beat them 5-1 our first win of the season. Unfortunately I got injured within like 5 minutes of the game, I sprained my ankle and it hurt really bad so I had to go out of the game for a little bit so the coach could wrap my ankle. After about 5 minutes of walking on it I started getting used to the pain. So the coach asked me if I was good to play, so I said yes. I ended up going back in with about 30 minutes left, so when I went back in coach put me as the striker which is the attacking position. Their team wasn’t so good so I ended up running a bunch because I’m fast and can produce chances. I got a couple of chances to score but didn’t get a goal, Juan Castillo got a goal and that basically ended the half. At half
In 2025, I will be twenty-nine years old and hopefully married. I will be married to my significant other of ten years Earnest Palmer III, who is a dentist. I would have been recently graduating with a bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and trying to plan to open my own restaurant, BubbaD’s Eateries. Knowing my big headed husband of mine, I probably had a baby then and trying to have another baby. Hopefully, by then Earnest will get rid of the idea naming our son, King. We will be living in the suburbs near New York City but working in the city. Being a woman with great memory, I probably wrote a memoir about my crazy life and trying to sell it to a publisher. If none of the publishers wants to publish my memoir, I will probably sell it the Lifetime
Just so you know, this is the Big Apple and I rule this town. New York City is filled with tall buildings, great culture, and historical sites. No other city has so much beauty that it takes your breath away; yet, there is a real danger that lurks on the streets. I should know because I am Detective Michael Morgan a United States Super Spy in charge of capturing dastardly villains who are set on destroying our world. Armed with mind-altering powers, Alex Higgins is on the top of the FBI’s list of the ten most wanted men in America. This thug is one of the greatest danger to our world and must be captured and jailed in the vault of death. There is no place safe for him to hide from the law and rumor has it, he is in my town. You break the law here in New York City, you pay the ultimate price: freedom.
Finally, my parents and I arrived at cheer. My sister went with me, which usually she doesn’t, but I didn’t mind. As we pulled in the driveway to the gym, I braced myself for a long, one hour and thirty minute practice. (That is nothing compared to now!) As the car parked, I opened the door and got out. I walked in, changed my shoes to cheer shoes, and then hung out with some of my friends. Then the coaches called us over to practice, and it begun.
When you crash into a truck and your car flips over four times, usually you die. In my case I’m just in a coma, lying in a hospital bed. There are two problems with this. For starters, I’ve been in this coma since 2008 and it’s nearly 2016. The doctors say that pretty soon they’ll have to pull the plug on me because I’m not showing any signs of waking up any time soon. Apparently, I’m taking up a bed that could be used for some other sick kid. The second problem is that I’m not just lying half-conscious, but I’m in another world. This may sound crazy, but it’s true. When you become comatose your brain pulls a few strings and sends you to a lovely place called The Inbetween. The Inbetween is filled with people who are in situations similar to mine, but how they ended up like this could be different. The world is peaceful and everything until you realize the downside. When you wake up in the strange world, the first thing you notice is the bright blue tattoo embed onto your forearm. Every person here has a different one, and you can not leave until you find your match. This process could, unfortunately, take days, weeks, or even years. Sadly if your match dies before they can even get here, then you pass away as well. I have been stuck here for almost eight years and I’ve had no luck with finding my match. I wander around all day, greeting new people and asking them to have a peek at their ink and no one has
A perfect four for four. That’s what I got when guessing what four dichotomies refer to me. The only part that’s surprised me is who they compared me to in the Harry Potter books. I thought I was going to be Harry Potter or Professor Lupin, not Luna Lovegood who most people thought was crazy. However she’ so I guess it is a pretty good match! The four dichotomies I guessed were; introversion, intuition, feeling and perceiving. Out of the four traits given to use I think three of them will be able to help me as a writer.
A former tap dancer, Hannah Alpert’s love for dance has translated well to varsity cheer here at Tam whose team she’s been apart of since freshman year. “They’re a bit different, but it’s still learning and memorizing choreography.” In both, however, the junoir has made close friends whom she says have taught her a variety of leadership skills, and have been a major source of support in everyday life. “For cheer we work until 5:30 plus games so I’ve made a lot of great friends. I’ve
Is it possible to be a someone you weren’t before? You don’t have to change your name or your hair, but can your heart, your mind, and priorities change? When I was younger, I was a firm believer that people don’t change; but I was wrong, and I learned that once I began to get older. Things happen to people that is out of everyone's control, that can take a toll on someone, and change someone forever. It can crush someone so deeply, that they will feel like their whole life is upside down and turned around and might even make you lose yourself. These past few years I thought I knew who I was but I was lying to myself. Thanks to crazy adventures of life, I now know how to be independent, strong and forgiving.
