First of all, I do have one job that I really want to do. The first job that I want to be is that I want to be in the army when I grow up. I don’t have many reasons why I want to be in the military but I thought of some on the way making the story. The first reasons, is to be in the army. I would want to be in the army for some reasons and personal reasons too. The first reason is that a lot of people that I know are going to the army or navy. They are going to the army because they are tough like me. The second reason is that I good at shooting guns. The third reason is a bad thing. My mom doesn’t want me to go in the army because she thinks that killing people bad people is not ok. I know it isn’t but she also thinks that I might get killed
Ideal- The Marines Embody more of my personal views and ideals then the other branches of the armed services.
There are lots of ways to further your education. Most everyone instantly thinks about college as the next step in their education after high school. Some people just simply aren’t ready for college yet, or do not think that it is their thing. The next thing people consider is to join the workforce out of highschool. That is not always the best idea because you do not get any education by doing so. A better way to further your education would be to join the military. The military can give you education in things that no college is able to, help with expenses (including helping pay for college while you serve), and has an interesting daily lifestyle that is unique and different than college would be. The job I want to do in the military is to
I would like to attend a military academy because I would like to be the best that I can be, while at the same time, serving my country. Education at the AFA is comparable to the best universities in the country, including my prospective major, Astronautical Engineering; so, the service academy is an excellent academic choice for me. Additionally, only the best-of-the-best attend these academies, and being surrounded by such great people will be terrific to make new friends and network.
I am auditioning to be an officer because I believe I can make Company a great experience for everyone on it and be a strong leader and representative of Cottonwood Dance. I think that having a strong leader is fundamental to the success of a group. My physics teacher, Ms. Richey, is someone I look up to as a leader; she makes class fun and engages us while still clearly getting the information across. She is also very confident in her abilities and will straight up shut you down (kindly) if you are trying to make up a physics scenario that is not possible. She is so intelligent yet fun that I aspire to be like her when I have to be a leader. I believe I am qualified to be an officer this year because I have had a couple of different
The reason why I want to attend the U.S. Service Academies is not only the goldmine of opportunity I will receive of an educational standpoint including benefits, but also the enrichment of character and self-development, into becoming one of the nation's most exemplary citizens through attending a military academy.
The United States Army is one of the main factors that allows America to be a free and democratic country. The Army defends, protects, and honors the United States of America. Ever since I was a young boy, I saw greatness in the United States Army and hoped to one day be a part of it. I always envisioned myself in a leadership position and when I decided to join the Army, I knew being an officer was for me. To me, being an officer in the U.S. Army is a career unlike any other. There are many opportunities as an officer in the Army to advance, further education, and grow as a person. The army allows you to switch your MOS and attend more training to further education or to change careers completely which is something
I would like to be a part of the WSU Army ROTC program because I have a lot of potential to offer and I want to develop into a full fledged Army officer. The military path is something I have always wanted to pursue since junior year of high school. The influence of growing up in a Navy family helped shaped my decision to enlist in the Army National Guard. I was fortunate enough to be advanced from PV2 to PFC at the end of BCT on November 2016. During Initial Entry Training I realized that my goals and beliefs were aligned with beliefs such as the Army Values and LDRSHIP principles. After learning about the Army values and LDRSHIP principles, I integrated these beliefs into my everyday life as a soldier and a working student.
If you were asked to walk 18 miles outside of Philadelphia, in the winter time with disease and death all around , would you say yes? To say yes meant you were committing to a team, to fight , and win the war. There would be hard times but to win the war at the end would be a big success. George Washington commanded his army to go on this journey. To say no to this you would be safe, but you would not gain wisdom and strength. I would want to leave with the soldiers because I could help the sick and injured while being a part of a team to fight for the country's rights.
I would stay in the continental Army during the revolution despite the death and sickness. I would stay because of how low the percent of death and sickness was, i am apart of something huge for my country, and we were still winning battles even though many of the soldiers were sick. According to Document A, about 49% of the army were getting sick. Even though this is a large percentage the amount of people that were fine is slightly larger at 51%. In Document B, the engraving shows George Washington talking about a plan. This is another reason I would stay in the continental army this shows he knew what he was doing and could lead us to victory. In Document C, even though Dr. Albigence Waldo says everyone was getting sick they were still
My primary reason for wanting to attend West Point Military Academy and serve as an active duty U.S. Army officer is to become the best version of myself that I can possibly be and to further hone my innate abilities and unique skill set to serve my country to the best of my ability, and help make the world a better place both on and off the battlefield.
Since I was three years old, I knew that I wanted to go into the military, specifically the Army. I can remember attending a karate match and before the match, they asked me, “What do you want to be when you get older.” And I replied,” I want to be a soldier.” When I was applying to high schools, I ran across a school called Fork Union Military Academy. My first thought was why I
There are a lot of graduates fresh out of high schools that make the decision to use the military. There are some people that join the military because that is a fast and easy choice for them. The military gives everyone a wide variety of options. College for instance, the military allows you to serve your country and still have time to attend college and get a degree if you choose to do that. People that choose to join the military get the option to go to college anytime they feel during their military career. The military pays for part or all the tuition. The military has four different branches, Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines. Each branch offers different trades. Air Force for example, teaches people to fly, have mechanical skills,
Today I researched 3 careers that I would like to further more explore once I graduate high school, these three careers were border patrol, military officer and nurse. All these jobs interest me because I would like to do any of the three, they are all very well paying jobs and they seem like very interactive and fun something’s I would like to do because desk jobs aren’t for me. So I am going to explain why I chose each job.
o accomplish being a military sniper. I always wanted to be in the military. Being in the military Is my dream. I’ll will join the military after I finish college, I will get a masters degree. I want to keep my family and friends safe from invasion from other countries. Nothing will keep me from protecting my freedom nothing will harm my family and friends no other country will take over America.
I have wanted to go into the military since i was very young. Most children say that they want to be a firefighter or a doctor, but i said that i wanted to be in the military. I remeber looking at pictures and learning about military officers and i felt called to be one of those men. My decision and dreams never changed, as most childrens do when they realize the work required. But for reasons beyond my comprehension, my desire of a miltary life never wavered. Both of my parents' fathers served in the military, one n the Air Force and one in the Army. They told me stories of their days in the military, bragging of their different branhes and I took what they said and choose a school that woud lead to a career in neither of their branches.
